Family Réunion

If you're wondering how they all relate... same XD JK... Adrien and Marinette are married, Luka is Marinette's brother, And is Zoe's boyfriend, who is Adrien's sister. Felix is Adrien's cousin, and dating Kagami and then Alya and Nino are just really close friends, almost like siblings for Adrien :)  ...)(Kagami's not appearing this chapter, Im still wondering what to do with her)   XD

3rd person POV

"He's your husband?" Luka asked, his gaze switching from his sister to his best friend. Marinette and Adrien were staring at each other, as Adrien was unsure whether to believe her or not, and she could sense that.

"Put the gun down please." She was getting tired of this situation. Adrien obeyed, hiding the gun again, but glared at her brother. Luka kept his hands in the air, and Marinette stayed between them, to stop them in case a fight emerged.

"So are y'all gonna kill each other, or can I go back to not paying attention to any of you?" Asked Felix taking a seat next to Emily. Marinette stepped aside, allowing the two to get closer once she was sure they were calm enough. 

 "Her brother?" Asked Adrien still in shock. Luka nodded, his hands going back down to his sides.

"Sorry I never told you about her, I just never thought you'd marry my sister." Luka explained, with a laugh at the end. 

"And it's not supposed to be known that Luka is related to me in any way." Marinette added. "I'm sorry I couldn't hold back, I just really missed you. " She directed herself to Luka.

"It's been 9 years since I last saw you, I've missed you too little blossom." He patted her head. Adrien finally digesting the news, greeted Luka, and they all sat down. Luka took a seat next to Marinette and was served some food. They were all eating and chatting, Marinette and her brother catching up on all they've been through. She found out that her brother was really good friends with her husband, and was dating his sister. 

"So how long have you both known each other for?" Luka wondered once he finished his food. "I've heard rumors about the death's you caused at home, but I was never informed of any marriage." He added. 

"2 days." Marinette answered with a blush, leaving a dumbfounded Luka. "And, I'll maybe talk about the other stuff later. " She said. Adrien was listening to the whole conversation, as it was the only interesting thing going on at the time. The others were talking about their past missions and drug dealing, and asking were Alya and Nino were. 

"Wait, so when did you get married? What the fuck have I missed on?" Luka questioned as he was just realizing his little sister was now a grown woman. 

"It was an arranged marriage." Adrien explained, before tacking a drink of his wine. "But we fell in love, so now it's like we're actually married." He added, placing his cup down "Right baby?" He asked while he let his hand fall down to her thigh. He didn't notice he had caught everyone's attention with the comment, but Marinette did. She nodded slowly as her face turned to a noticeable shade of red, making Adrien chuckle. He realized everyone was looking at them, and started to get uncomfortable, but he was grateful when he heard a knock interrupt the awkward moment.  

"We're here bitches!" Nino shouted once he crossed the door. Everyone cheered except Marinette of course, since she was lost on what was happening. So many people in the same room had never been a good sign for her, so she was unsettled. She tensed in her chair as the couple walked to the table and had a seat near the already big group. 

"Hey blossom." Luka whispered for her to be the only one to hear. she looked at him, unable to hide her uneased expression. "Follow me." He ordered, keeping his voice low.

"Wait..." Marinette continued the low talking, as the others were engaged in the latest news. Luka glanced back at her, as he was about to stand up. "Can Adrien come?" She asked. Luka was a bit surprised, since being in a group is what caused her distress in the first place. He nodded anyway, as Marinette caught Adrien's attention. They walked away without being noticed, and Luka guided them to the outside pool.

 "What are we doing here?" Adrien asked Luka who was staring at the pool.

"Lil blossom got stressed." He answered simply, referring to Marinette.

"Blossom?" Adrien questioned, looking at Marinette, since her brother would not look away from the pool. 

"When I was little, I used to be obsessed with flowers. I even used to joke around saying I wanted to be a Dahlia." She answered. "Luka started calling me floret, since it means 'small flower.' That was my nickname. I guess I finally bloomed, so it changed to blossom." She explained with a giggle as she looked up at Luka. Adrien smiled, in empathy as he realized she had finally found her long lost brother. He had known that fact already, but he was just now realizing how that must be feeling.

"What does he mean you got stressed?" Adrien asked genuinely concerned.

"We were never used to being around many people. We always stayed with mom and each other for company, the guards and maids were not to trust, and I don't think I have to mention Tom. " He started, finally lifting his gaze up from the water. "The first time we had a meeting, I was really uncomfortable, and hyperventilated, I think you remember?" He looked at Adrien, who nodded. "I felt really uneasy, since I wasn't used to such company, and I didn't trust anyone there... You said You met two days ago... means Mari barely knows any of you, and it's six people there right now." He continued. "So when I saw her tense up, I figured some alone time would make it better, since it worked for me the other times." He finished, as he turned to the bluenette who was know sitting on the edge of the pool, playing with the water. 

"Sorry..." Adrien whispered as he sat down next to Marinette. She looked up and smiled. "I didn't know you'd be uncomfortable." He explained before kissing her cheek.

"It's okay." She reassured as her gaze went back to the water.

"Tell me Mari... I noticed you won't separate yourself from Adrien." Luka said getting Marinette's attention. "Why?" He asked looking at her eyes. He had already figured out she loves him, but that was not enough of a reason to have separation anxiety. He needed to know what caused her such a trauma.

"You've heard the rumors about me killing my babysitter right?" She asked, seeing this as an opportunity to explain things further to Adrien as well. Both boys nodded and looked at her as she was sitting between them. "Well, the reason I gave her such a death is because she killed mom." She stopped, since she was trying to hold back her tears, but it failed. She explained how she found her mother dead the day of her 15th birthday, with the same details as she told Adrien.

"I was so devastated. but I swore to find the killer." She added. "So when I did, I tied her up, and stabbed her stomach as many times as I could, so she could feel the same pain she put my mother through." She revealed as her fists clenched. Both men patted on her back until she calmed down, and the tears stopped falling. 

"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you." Luka apologized. He really felt guilty, for leaving his sister for his own sake. 

"It's not your fault." She said standing up, as both boys followed. "I'm happy now." She smiled before looking up, and went to hug both of them. "I'm with my family now." She whispered, Making Luka and Adrien smile.

"A family reunion." She chuckled softly, before pulling out of the hug.

"Should we go back?" Adrien suggested. Marinette nodded, and the three headed back inside to keep eating...
