14. The Newborn Fear

From that day, Jimin barely talked to Yoongi. He pretended to be normal like nothing has happened but deep down his heart was aching.

Yoongi could clearly see the sudden change in Jimin. But he ignored it as he assumed that it can be Jimin's inner turmoil so that he wasn't able to speak straightly.

Days seemed to pass in the blink of an eye. Jimin is now completely different person infront of Yoongi.

Yoongi felt like someone stabbed on his heart whenever Jimin tried to ignorer or avoid talking to him by giving excuses.

In this meantime, Jimin's nightmares now got worse.. worse than anyone could even imagine.

Everytime Jimin closed his eyes and tried to sleep, he saw the faint scenes playing infront of him.

He could tell that the scenes were from past, and it was related to crime..

This continues for few more days as he kept dreaming about brutal murders and end up seeing all blood.

He would flinch wake up everytime he tried to sleep and get those dreams..

Jimin felt like he was being haunted... by his own dreams...

He barely slept that he got dark circles visible on his face.. he was exhausted.. he was really really tired.. but when he tried to sleep...*sigh*.... Dreams haunt him.

Meanwhile Yoongi felt really Concerned about Jimin and his sudden change.. he was really puzzled about why Jimin was behaving like this..

Yoongi tried to figure out about his behavior but no use... he had no idea what was the reason behind all this.

Yoongi felt his new fear grow more and more as the time passed. His fear was nothing but loosing Jimin and his trust.

Jimin decided to take sleeping pills so that he could rid of the dreams atleast for sometime.. He took the pill and chugged a small glass of water.

After many days, he finally got sleep.

TIME SKIP: MORNING:

Jimin was in the kitchen while talking to Jungkook.. well... Jungkook was the only one to whom he was talking now.

Jungkook took care of Jimin like he was a glass toy which was so gorgeous and fragile..

Sometimes he worried about Jungkook being too much concerned on him. As they two talked, Jimin was now interested to make something that Jungkook would love to eat..

Even though kook refused him, he didn't stop. Instead, he pulled out the knife from the kitchen drawer and started cutting vegetables..

Jungkook softly chuckled and grinned.

"You care about me a lot, don't you?"

"Yeah I do.. kook... this is nothing infront the care affection you showed me"

Jungkook softly chuckles.

Suddenly, Jimin winced in pain, making Jungkook puzzled.

"Are you okay?"

Kook took a glance at Jimin's hand when he saw some blood clotting.

"Hyung?? Why are you so careless? Don't you know that you have to be more careful when you are cutting vegetables???"

"I'm.. im sorry.. I'll be careful.."

"Careful? Do you think I'll let you in the kitchen?"

Jungkook took Jimin's hand in his, slowly. The blood now started to flow down Jimin's finger.
