Chapter Summary: After the haul of letters at 4 Privet Drive, the Dursleys and Sah end up in a lighthouse. Although they were far away owls, a surprise visitor turns up out of nowhere with the intention of giving Sah the letter... and cake

After what was an eventful few days staying at hotels and driving as far as Uncle Vernon possibly could, he eventually reached a place where he rented a lighthouse for Sah and the Dursleys to stay. He was hoping that the owls couldn't reach them there — and they hadn't.

It was close to midnight. 31st July 2009 was seconds away. Sah's birthday. They lied on the floor, Dudley having taken the couch the moment they'd all arrived. Not that Sah really cared, they were used to the mistreatment. It didn't make lying on the ground much easier to deal with, though.

They drew a birthday cake with the words "Happy Birthday Sah" in the center. The Dursleys never seemed to care when their birthday arrived, piling them with more chores and demands.

Lighting sparked be flashed across the sky, the rumble of thunder following moments later, shaking the ground a little. Sah looked at Dudley's watch, watching the 11:59 turn to 00:00. With a slight smile, they looked back at the drawing, and blew out the 'candles'. "Make a wish, Sah." They whispered to themself.

Suddenly, the door thumped. Sah jumped as it thumped again and Dudley woke up, jumping back again and backing away. Petunia and Vernon appeared at the middle of the stairs, Vernon with a shotgun. The door banged again and then cracked open, and a giant man appeared. "Who's there?" Vernon growled, clearly unhappy with being disturbed from his slumber. That, or he was paranoid another letter had come.

Fairhead entered the building, his hulking frame taking up the whole doorframe. He adjused his trench coat with a shrug of his shoulders. "Sorry 'bout that." He turned around and put the door back in place. When he turned back around, Vernon had the gun pointed at his forehead.

"I demand that you leave at once, Sir! You are breaking and entering!" He demanded. Fairhead stepped towards him, grabbed the barrel of the gun, and turned it upwards towards the ceiling. Petunia held onto Vernon's shoulder with a whimper.

"Dry up, Dursley, you great prune." Fairhead threatened. The gun fired, shooting a bullet upwards through the ceiling. Sah and Dudley jumped back again at the sound.

Fairhead then turned towards the two children. He beadily eyed up Dudley before staring at Sah. As he did, he realised that Sah looked just like their father.

"You must be Sah."

"Y-yes sir." Sah stuttered. Although the half-giant seemed to have a friendly face when looking at Sah, the height was still a terrifying variable.

Fairhead broke out in a light-hearted chuckle. "Oh, well, of course you are! Got something for ya. 'Fraid I might have sat on it at some point! I imagine that it'll taste fine, just the same." He pulled out a squashed box from behind his back, and held it out for Sah to take. "Baked it myself. Words and all. Heh."

Sah gingerly took the box from him. "Thank you!" They lifted the lid on the box to find a slightly squashed cake with the words, "Happee Birdae Sah" written on top with icing.

Fairhead straightened his jacket. "It's not every day that your young kid turns eleven, now is it?" He questioned with a hum. He sat down on the couch, pulled an umbrella out from his jacket, and signed it at the fireplace. Sparks of purple magic flew from his umbrella, lighting the fire. The Dursleys gasped.

Sah looked at the cake, then to Fairhead, back at the cake, then shut the box and approached him. "Excuse me, who are you?" They asked with a brow raised.
