Stardivers (A Helldivers 2/Star Wars Fanfic)

Burn Baby Burn PT 2

Editors note: I edited the ending to the previous chapter so it's more accurate.

Previously: Luke, Ben Kenobi, and the helldivers explained their history along with seeing a hologram message from a women named princess Leia who is apparently one of the leaders for the rebels. Luke did not want to join Ben and the divers on their mission to want to save this lady and runs away.

Now

As Luke left the hut and was heading back home he noticed the sandcrawler that the jawas used and where he bought R2 and C-3PO was mysteriously empty. He decided to take a look inside and saw all the jawas burnt to a crisp.

Luke: Oh kriff, wait Uncle Owen!

As Luke realized that the jawas were slain by what appeared was from stormtroopers which he bought the droids from must've meant that the empire was looking for them and probably was heading to his home next.

Time Skip

As Luke reached his house he noticed that it was caught on fire and saw his Uncle and Aunts skeletons. 

Luke: No, no, no, noo!

Time skip

As the helldivers were chatting with Ben and the droids they noticed a disheveled Luke with ash surrounding him.

Delta: Oh shit man what happened?

Luke: M-my Unc-le a-and aunt are d-dead.

Everyone's expressions turned grim and with hatred that they had died.

Fleetway: How did they die?  

Luke: Burnt, the empire must have killed them thinking the droids were there.

What actually happened

Obi wan: Luke you couldn't have done anything, it's too late and besides you could've been killed too.

Luke: Ok where do we start.

Obi wan: If we were to assist Princess Leia we need a ship to get to Alderaan but since the helldivers already have a ship we should be fine. The only problem is we need someone with street smarts who knows their way around the empire.

Luke: We could go to the cantina a lot of bounty hunters meet up there.

Obi Wan: Ok is everyone ready.

Luke: Yep

Shocker nods his head

Bionic: Sure

Delta: Hell yes

Fleetway: Why not.

MEANWHILE

Aboard the SES Will of Eternity 

Eagle-1: Yo Pely (her nickname for pelican-1 which he hates) 

Pelican-1: What do you want

Eagle-1: I wonder if the divers are ok it's been 2 hours and their vitals show that they are still alive.

Pelican-1: Their probably fine.

As the two incompetent pilots were talking they suddenly get a transmission from Bionic explaining every thing to them and the entire crew and to report it to the higher ups.

Eagle-1: Looks like we got a long time ahead of us

Pelican: FUC
