After Poussey spending 6 years at Litchfield and Gracie spending 2 years at Jefferson and 4 years at Litchfield.
They cleared their names, stayed at their parents house, found jobs Poussey as a mentor for troubled teens and Gracie as a nurse and when Poussey got enough money she proposed to Gracie.
After their honeymoon they moved into a nice home in the suburbs. Adopted a girl from Africa and a boy from England. Yes they had their ups and downs but they still love each other.
