Riley

"I thought the plan was that you were going to meet me at home?" I asked Liv as we walked into another of the studios. 
She isn't a hidden secret or anything like that, I just didn't know how to broach the topic if I'm honest 
"That was the plan but Mrs Myers has her nephew over for the weekend and he still creeps me out Riles" She whined making me roll my eyes
"And you didn't want to go hang out with the guys?" I offered but she shook her head
"That's complicated" She mumbled making me sigh

I met Olivia at a rec centre for foster children. She was 8 when we first met, she was a shy timid girl until it came to the boys
She had grown up with them, they were more brothers to her then anything else. They protected her from anything and everything you could think of
Now that Olivia is with me, most weekends we have a full house. I adopted one girl and gained 3 boys alongside her 
But I wouldn't change it for the world 

"Do you want to talk about?" I asked her but she shook her head pulling at her sleeves
"You aren't here to just 'see me' you want a distraction don't you?" I said making a smile creep onto her lips making me chuckle
"And I take it that is why you have your dance bag" I nodded towards the door where she had dumped it just like she does at home

"Just be careful okay?" I said giving in to her silent plead before being attacked by her arms pulling me into the tightest hug
"I love you I love you" She squealed making me hug her back with an eye roll too
"I love you too Livy" I chuckled

I left Olivia to her own devices while I headed back to the others. Being back here was surreal, it was almost like we had never left
In the corridors, it was still full of the same old photos dating all the way back to our regional win. It had obviously had newer photos added but no matter who owned the studio, the photo's never came down
It still feels just like yesterday I was a 4 year old starting her first ballet class following her sister around like a lost puppy 

Now? Now it's the opposite, I no longer need to follow Emily around. In reality she'll call on me more then I will her - Oh how the tables can turn 

"There she is" A voice said making me turn to see everyone heading this way
"I was on my way back to you" I said but they still continued to walk towards me
"Where is Livy?" Emily asked making me furrow my brows
"Uh in one of the studios why?" I asked but Emily didn't stop to answer my question instead she started walking towards the room that Olivia was in
It wouldn't have been hard to find her since its the only studio with their lights on and music blaring

"What is going on?" I asked, but everyone was already taken away by Olivia as she danced in front of us all 

Olivia dancing always managed to catch peoples attention, it's one of the man reasons we meshed so well straight away. At the rec centre I started a dance programme and the first person to walk through those doors was Liv, with the boys shortly behind her 

"Well shit hello" Olivia cursed after realising we were there
"Language" I warned her earning an eye roll 
"Riley why are they mute?" She whispered to me while nobody continued to say anything
"Guys, you're going to scare her in a minute. What did you need Em" I asked trying to break this trance

"We want Olivia to be on A-Troupe" She said making Olivia's eyes light up but my eyes widen
"No" I answered before Olivia got her hopes up
"Rileyyy" She whined
"Don't Riley me Livy" I warned her
"Why can't she join, it's clear she wants to" Michelle said 
"And she can clearly dance" Hunter said, I looked over at Olivia who sighed and bowed her head
"It won't be like that again Riles" She said coming over to me to plead 

"Can you guys give us a moment" I asked making them all nod and leave

 I didn't want to hold her back, I didn't want to be the person stopping her from doing what she wants to do but I refuse to be in the same position as last time 

"I promise Riley, I won't fall into that rabbit hole again" She offered taking a hold of both of my hands
"Liv, you're avoiding your friends which is exactly how it started last time" I warned her
"I'm not avoiding them, we're just having some differences. I'll get back on track with them tomorrow. I'll invite them over! Hell I sweet talk them into joining to then you know I won't be doing this alone" She babbled
"Because let's be honest between the three of them, they won't let me do it again" She said making me sigh 

"I'll do regular check ins with you too I promise but please Ri, let me do this" She begged, I looked at her again since the hope in her eyes slowly getting bigger as the silence continued

"If at any point-" I started before a large squeal ended up with both of us on the floor
"I'm serious Olivia if at any point I think you are doing it again, I'll pull the plug faster then you can point your toe" I said earning a laugh before she attacked me with another hug

"Soo? Does this mean we have our first A-Trouper?" Michelle asked looking hopeful with everyone else
"First? You've got four of us now" Olivia gleamed at her earning a confused look

"You think the boys here were idiots growing up, just wait till you meet her boys" I laughed knowing they had no idea what they just signed up for
