Catherina Sforze drew a fist in frustration. The king of scots believed himself to be king of England and wanted to invade. His mother was dead. Catherina wanted to bring those islanders to their knees. He had died of a chill.

Catherina watched as King Henry sat on the dais. "We welcome Catherina Sforza to our court," Henry said, raising a glass to her. The only reason why she was invited to court was because Henry had kidnapped her merchants and imprisoned them, Henry had mistaken them for the Scottish merchants.

Catherina smiled coldly at him. She was going to teach the Brandons and Tudors a lesson. Henry Tudor sat at the table. "I didn't know it was your merchants," Henry said. Henry watched Catherina. He thought she would feel charmed to be near royalty.

Catherina had taken over the Medici bank. King Henry's late grandfather King Edward had borrowed money and never repaid the debt. Henry the Seventh had taken over the throne and forgot the debt. Catherina enjoyed the fact that courtiers would shiver when she walked past them. She looked at the poor woman whose child she would have killed. Catherine Brandon had paid Catherina Sforza respect. Catherine Brandon was walking down a corridor. Catherina pushed Catherine Brandon up against the wall. Catherine let out gasps, shocked by Catherina's gall. Catherina had a firm grip on Catherine's wrists, bruising them through the sleeve of her gown.

"I don't care about you, English lots but my niece. You sulled her heart. She was innocent and you abused her," Catherina roared, her head hovering over Catherine's head. Catherine was determined not to show fear. "You like picking on children of your enemies. I like picking on children of my enemies but unlike you. I like making their mother watch them die," Catherina said in a silent deadly tone.

Catherine Brandon had a horrified expression on her face. Catherine Brandon had felt safe. She was married to Charles Brandon. She didn't have any brother fighting against the Sforza's armies. She thought about all the rumors. She heard about Catherina Sforza; how Catherina had ordered the death of pregnant women and children who were related to traitors. Catherine Brandon didn't understand how another woman could do that to pregnant women. "Please," Cathrine Brandon's lip trembled as she begged.

Catherina clicked her tongue in disappointment. She was expecting so much more from Catherine. "Write your last letter to them," Catherina said, smirking and backing away from Catherine. Catherine slides the wall, crying and pulling at her hair.
