Jenna ' s pov :
"Hey, what do you think about puppies?" Matt asked me out of no where.
"I love e'm. Especially Beau." I replied.
I love animals, even though I am allergic to most of them. Stupid allergies.
"Would you ever consider getting one?" Matt asked.
I love puppies, but they are so much work.
"Yeah, but they are too much work for me to take care of alone, and Justine would forget to feed it if we co-owned it."
"I'm thinking about getting one.
I'm not sure if I want a little dog, or a big dog.
A big dog would be nice, but I would take huge poops and I would have to clean my backyard a lot.
But, a little fluffy dog isn't very manly." Matt said.
"That's awesome! You should get a Jack Russel Terrier or a Bull Dog if you can't make up your mind.
They aren't big dogs, and they look pretty manly, and if you get the right one, they might even like to cuddle."
"Yeah, I could see myself walking around LA with a bulldog.
They like to lounge too, so it won't require too much effort."
I was starting to get really excited. I LOVE dogs and puppies.
"So, are you going to get one from here, or are you going to wait till LA?" I asked.
"I kind of wanna buy one now.
Do you think your parents will let it stay here?"
"Of course! They love dogs. We'll just have to watch it and make sure it doesn't pee in the house."
I said looking at the white carpet.
"Cool! Do you know of any animal shelters in the area?" Matt asked.
"Yeah, there is one about twenty minutes away."
~Fast forward to the animal shelter~
"Do you think he is cute?" I tapped Matt and pointed to the tiny, fat Bulldog.
His eyes immediately light up and he smiled.
"I think he's the one." Matt said and the puppy started whimpering.
"Hi puppy!" I said in a baby voice.
~Fast forward to Petco~
"Okay. Have you ever had a dog before?" I asked Matt.
"Yeah, but it was a long time ago."
"Okay, so I guess we should start." I said and went to the dog food section.
I looked around and got a "natural organic" dog food bag.
"Organic??" Matt asked.
"He's an LA dog. Plus, that's what Bre feeds Beau. What are you going to name him?"
"How about Buster?"
"That's a cute name! Hi Buster!" I said to the little puppy in Matt's arms.
