Chapter 3: The Unexpected Ally
Jimin couldn't believe how quickly Y/N had become his closest friend in school. They sat together in class, ate lunch together, and even partnered up for projects. Y/N was always there to offer a listening ear and a supportive word.
One day, as they were walking down the hallway, they noticed a familiar face watching them from across the way - it was one of the bullies from before, named Minsoo.
To Jimin's surprise, Minsoo didn't look angry or menacing this time. Instead, he looked almost... sheepish?
"Hey, Y/N," Minsoo said, approaching them hesitantly. "Can I talk to you for a minute?"
Y/N raised an eyebrow but nodded, and Minsoo turned to Jimin.
"Look, Jimin, I'm really sorry about what I did earlier. I was just trying to impress my friends, but I realize now that was really lame. Can you forgive me?"
Jimin was taken aback by the sudden apology. He looked at Y/N, who nodded encouragingly.
"Okay, Minsoo," Jimin said finally. "I accept your apology."
Minsoo smiled in relief. "Thanks, Jimin. And thanks, Y/N, for being a good influence on me, I guess."
Y/N chuckled. "Anytime, Minsoo. We're all in this together, remember?"
And with that, the unlikely trio walked down the hallway together, a newfound friendship born from unexpected circumstances.
