" Yeah, but does he cheerlead? "
~Sienna hated getting up early. There was nothing romantic or poetic about it. The sun always rose the same. What difference does it make to see it every day? It didn't no on cared to get up when the rooster crowed. Sienna was not a farmer. She was seventeen. It shouldn't affect her everyday life.
She slapped around on her nightstand, knocking the lamp over on the process, till she finally hit her alarm. Sienna pulled the floral covers off her bed before looking around her room. It was barely unpacked from cheer camp with her suitcase open with its continents spilled onto the hardwood floor and cream colored rug. At least her room was clean. Hard to keep dirty when there wasn't much space.
As she got older, she told her parents she hated sharing with Elena. No more same room and no more sharing toys. They were twelve at the time, and ever since then, she had lived in the revamped attic. As out of character as it was, Sienna liked the coziness, but she wanted a bigger room, which is why she kept all the colors light. Her desk by the window and her furniture is a light brown.
The second half of the attic was turned into a bathroom, which was a nice plus, considering both her siblings had to share one downstairs. Her bathroom was all white with a half shower and small sink with not much space to get ready at. Still good enough for a quick shower and to put on some light makeup. Luckily for Sienna, her twin and her were downright gorgeous with clear skin. Just a little glitter on the eyes, some tinted sunscreen and a lipgloss did the trick.
Sienna could see her phone blinking on the bed, and it buzz against her comforter. She answered without hesitation.
" Yes? Oh, hey Caroline. No, I'm getting dressed now. No way red is my color. "
Sienna slipped on her straight legged, high-waisted jeans as she continued the conversation. Caroline Forbes continued to talk on the other line about what she should wear. She was gawking about her new Kate Spade purse her father had bought her when they went back to school shopping last week.
The two girls had been friends since preschool. Bonnie and Elena were also a part of their friendgroup, but they stuck more together. It's kind of like how Sienna and Caroline were. They were bestfriends and talked at least once a day on the phone together. Usually at night, but now that school is starring, it was time to talk about cheer practice and what they were to wear and, more importantly, what Sienna was making for breakfast.
Unbeknownst to most people, Sienna was an excellent cook. A talent she got from her father. Her mother couldn't even boil a pot of water correctly. Ever since her parents passed, Sienna had taken the role of the house cook. Aunt Jenna was a busy college student, and Elena could barely microwave a hotdog.
" Cinnamon rolls. Should be done in 30. Just hurry up and get here so I can give you one fresh. Love you too! Bye! Kisses! " Sienna made some kissing noises before hanging up.

Sienna was putting icing on the rolls when everyone joined her downstairs. Jenna was scrounging around for lunch money, which Jeremy took without hesitation before trying to slip out the front door.
" Hey! " She shouted, startling everyone around her.
The girl had kept to herself most of the whole kitchen interaction. " You better take one of my cinnamon rolls, Jeremy. They're your favorite! "
