I have to say contractions were the moat painful part of giving birth. I didn't use epidural or any pain medication, I wasnt given the so called pain less. So, I felt every single pain of contraction from 1cm up until 9-10cm. This is gross, but you'll know it's time to start pushing when you feel an intense desire of running in to the bathroom. When i get to the pushing stage and have that feeling aimilar to bowel movement, i knew it was almost done; I struggled to push correctly, i didnt understand what to do until they told me to push like I was pooping. (Thanks to tita naggie, tita wena and her the patience) And i know that if i could make it through I will be able to meet this wonderful little person I have dreamed about for so long. My companion for nine months, who saw every bit of my struggle, every bit of my stressful days. When i felt so down and wanted to die, he would remind me that HEY, MOM KEEP CALM AND STRONG I'm COMING please don't give up...
