Lilith's POV:

I wake up from crying myself to sleep and decide to go to school. I hate missing days, especially Wednesdays. Wednesdays are always test days. I quickly apply a tad bit of concealer because my lack of sleep, and black eye shadow on the corners of my eyes. I slip on Olive green cargo pants, black oversized shirt with a sketchy green butterfly on it, black oversized zip up hoodie, and my black buckle boots. And for jewelry I wore a black choker, silver chain necklace, another chain necklace with a lock on it, a couple silver rings, black bead bracelet, and a barbedwire black bracelet. I didn't go all out like I normally do, today. I quietly walk out of my room to see my dad asleep on the couch. I carefully try not to wake him up while getting ready. I brush my teeth and leave the apartment with my bag.

Finally, I arrive at hell. It only took me ten minutes to walk here. As I enter, I immediately catch sight of Grace holding hands with Jackson and kiss him on the cheek. Once she notices me walking by, she shoots a glare which doesn't affect me. I'm not in the mood for her crap today. I ignore her and walk to my math class. Luckily, Grace isn't in my math class. I slump down in my usual seat, in the back. I glance over my notes before the teacher starts the test. Of course, I finished before everyone else. Within five minutes, I leave my seat to return the test to my teacher. As I walk back, a girl bumps into me.

"Ah, I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking. My bad." She has Golden Brown hair, it's slightly curly, and she's wearing a light purple top that hangs off her right shoulder. I never got a good look at her eyes because she scrambled away.

I crumble down in my chair and think of last night's events. Maybe I was a little rude to my dad, maybe I should apologize, should I tell him how I really feel? No, he already has too much on his plate-

*RING*

"Alright class, for those who haven't handed in their tests, please return them to me." And with that, class was dismissed.

I gather my things and leave before the halls overflow with people. I rush into the English classroom and immediately I'm stopped by Mrs. Syrus.

"Why hello, Lilith. I wasn't expecting you today. How are you?" Her soft, soothing voice calmed my nerves within seconds. I had to resist the urge to cry and pour my heart out to her, but soon people would enter and I didn't have time to share everything.

I put a small, fake smile on my face, "I'm good, thanks. How are you?"

"Lilith...I heard what happened, you can talk to me. If you'd like we can talk after school? If you don't want to, that's also okay." Now she was getting to me. "I understand this is hard for you, and I don't want to pressure you but when you are ready, we can talk. You know I'm here for you right?"

     "I know...I just...I don't know if I'm ready yet"

At this point, kids were taking their seats already.

Mrs. Syrus smiled warmly, "I understand. Why don't you take a seat?"

A few minutes later the lesson started and I took notes.

*Time skip a couple classes later, and it is now lunch time*

The bell rings and I make my way to the cafeteria. I search for an empty table and set down my stuff. I begin to draw in my sketchbook, when a hand slams on the table. "Grace," I growl. I know that strong perfume smell from anywhere.

She frowns. "Aw, where's your lunch, little kitty? Oh! Wait, you don't have one do you? It's because of that little eating disorder isn't it?" She says sarcastically before she chuckles.
