Arturia strolled the cobblestone pathways of her city, seeking solace from the confines of the castle. Despite her genuine affection for her friends, the ceaseless bickering had grown wearisome. Attempting to evade their watchful eyes proved futile, prompting a defiant glare before she sought sanctuary in the bustling city below. As she meandered through the vibrant market quarter, the populace greeted her with a newfound ease, a testament to her frequent excursions beyond the castle walls. Grateful for the respite from their persistent offerings, she found herself drawn to a jewelry stall, where a radiant amethyst evoked memories of a silvery-haired enchantress who had captivated her heart in days long past. With a determined gaze, she inquired of the hesitant vendor, "What is the price of this exquisite gem?" The boy, visibly flustered, attempted to waive off the cost due to her royal status, to which she responded graciously, "For now, I am but a humble patron of your wares, and I insist on paying the fair value." With a reassuring smile, she implored the young man once more, "So, my good sir, what is the cost?"

He still seemed anxious but agreed, "That will be ten gold dragons."

She narrowed her eyes at him, admiring the finely crafted stone that was priced at ten gold dragons. Dismissing his offer, she exclaimed, "You must think I'm naive."

His eyes widened in surprise, "I swear—"

Before he could finish, Arturia interrupted, stating, "This stone is impeccably cut, authentic, and far superior to any common glass bauble. Ten dragons simply does not suffice." She untied the pouch of coins from her belt, counted out at least fifty gold dragons, and handed them to him. "This is your livelihood, and it would be a disservice to undervalue your work solely based on my status."

"I..." he started to respond.

Shaking her head, Arturia advised, "In the future, have confidence in your prices. If it's too high, I'll negotiate with you. Is that a fair deal now?"

He nodded quickly, "Yes, Your Highness. My apologies."

With a cheerful wave, she bid him farewell and nestled the glistening amethyst gem into her breast pocket, flashing a smile. "Enjoy your day," she chimed, before continuing her leisurely stroll through the market. As she wandered past the various stalls, nothing else quite caught her eye. Just as she was about to depart, a sudden clamor from an adjacent alley caught her attention. Instinctively, her hand gravitated towards the hilt of the sword hanging at her side as she approached the source of the disturbance.

The scene that unfolded before her was a curious blend of humor and unease - two imposing figures towered over a third, evoking memories of past encounters with Lancelot. However, this time, there was no wise Merlin to act as a peacemaker. Contemplating whether to intervene or gather more information, a dilemma tugged at her thoughts until she ultimately decided to opt for the latter course of action.

"I assure you, gentlemen, I have the coin," the young man, pinned against the wall, pleaded with a nervous grin.

"Coin, you say? Yet, the madam claims you attempted an escapade via the window after sampling her goods," the taller figure remarked, his tone laced with disdain. "Settle your debts."

The youth made a pained expression, quickly scanning for an exit as his gaze settled on a blonde figure by the alley's entrance, observing the unfolding scene. A spark of inspiration ignited within him, prompting him to tap into his limited acting abilities. With a sheepish chuckle, he attempted to slip away, remarking, "Hold on! You're not planning to pummel me, are you?"

The smaller individual scoffed, arms crossed tightly. "Oh, we most certainly are. Perhaps a vigorous shake will conjure up some coins."

Arturia let out a sigh, massaging the bridge of her nose as thoughts of "madam" and "goods" swirled in her mind, indicating that the young man was aiming to bolt after his libido was satisfied.
