LADIES AND GENTLEMEN'S please welcome ONE AND ONLY THE SHUBMAN GILL" Jimmy introduced as the curtains rolled revealing the shubman gill sitted in a elongated chair with a extensive mic, as he starts singing -

"So, the legend. Welcome to the tonight show!" Jimmy starts.
"Thank you" shubman says, adjusting in his sit.
Jiminy continues "I feel very honoured to bring you in my show! It's was like a dream of mine. I didn't thought you would except my invitation!"
"Well-" shubman laughs, making the audience clatter, "well honestly I myself wanted to be here from a long time."
Jimmy said surprised "ohh my I m honoured to be in your lifelist!.."
".. so what inspired you to step in music industry, despite being a cricketer?" He questioned.
"Actually I was born in a musical family, my mother was a professional clasical singer, so I was always surrounded my music. And personally I cherished the art of music. But, when I was 8, for fun my dad enrolled me into a cricket coaching, thinking that cricket is a nice game, it will keep me fit and all. Nothing more than that. Me, I never thought of taking cricket as my profession. But here I m now..."
"... Now that I see, I left the hobby of mine which I once cherished. So quite a days ago, I was feeling like writing something, so I wrote and just to have a Lil fun I recorded it without any intention too give it to the world. But when I let my sister hear the recording, she suggested to make a audio track. So with her suggestion I like for a Lil change i uploaded it. Honestly I didn't had any expectations from this. But now that I see, half of the humanity likes it!" Shubman completed, as the audience clapped.
"Wow!! When I first heard the song, I was mezmorized with the melody and voice, it was just so good that I didn't even tried to hear the lyrics. But later when I listened carefully the lyrics, understanding it. It feels like you have written this song for a certain someone.
Is it a secret wife, or a girlfriend?!" Everyone laughed at Jimmy's question.
Shubman laughs as he says, "first of all NO! secret wife or girlfriend, I am quite old and I have already dropped the idea of marriage-"
"Wait-wait, how old're you?" Jimmy interpreted.
"-ohh I m 35!"
Jimmy was too surprised to speak at the boy's reply. "You say 35 is old!"
"Yeah I mean quite old, me to get married" shubman replies.
"I m 45 and still looking for girls too marry, until now" the audience started to laugh at Jimmy's reply.
Shubman laughs, as he says, "oHh! I m extremely sorry, you can continue dreaming about your marriage."
Jimmy laughs away, "okay, but then who inspired you to write it?"
Shubman smiled sadly as he replies,"my first love"
"So this song is about ur ex?"
"No, not exactly. Because I never confessed to him" shubman said.
"Wohh! So you are telling you have not confessed to your first love!, ok I m interested to hear the story"
Shubman starts, with glittering eyes at the reminiscing nostalgia, "At my UG-19 days I fell for a boy he was too sweet. Always was there in my hard days. I eventually fell for him, but I was scared to confess. I was scared that what if he doesn't fancy me back, and what if I confess he will break our friendship. I didn't wanted it to happen, I wanted him to be in side forever.
One day when I went to him to confess to pour my feelings out, I was met with his wedding card, and that's where I lost it all!"

"So who was that person you were talking about in the interview huh?!" Ishan asked, "I never knew you knew someone rather than me in those days!"
Shubman scoffed, "why you care?"
"Being your best friend from the past idk how many years, I should have known this you know!" Ishan shouted.
"Well maybe it was you" shubman said softly.
Ishan laughed, " don't joke around Mr. Gill! Anyways I will get you, your first love anyhow to you, because I also want a beautiful bhabhi for me, only you don't deserve that!" Ishan said as he stood up from the chair.
"Hey! Wait here I will be back in a min!" He said and walks away disappearing from shubmans sight.
Shubman watched ishan disappearing, as he wishpers to himself
"I just wanna feel like I deserve you,
