_______________Soojin and Taehyung sat in Taehyung's car, parked at the edge of a dense forest. The sun was setting, casting long shadows across the ground, and the sounds of a lively gathering echoed through the trees. They were far from the city, in a place known for its underground activities. Taehyung had discovered a lead about a dance group involved in illegal activities, and they were here to investigate.
Through the windshield, they could see a crowd of people mingling near a collection of flashy sports cars. The air was filled with loud music, laughter, and the occasional sight of people drinking and making out. The atmosphere was electric, yet dangerous.
Taehyung glanced at Soojin, who was scanning the scene with keen eyes. "Are you sure about this, Soojin? It looks pretty intense down there."
Soojin nodded, though a hint of concern crossed her face. "I'm not afraid, Taehyung. But I agree, it seems like they have tight security. We could get caught easily if we're not careful."
Taehyung sighed, tapping the steering wheel. "So, Plan B?"
Soojin smiled slightly. "Yeah, Plan B. We need to blend in. We can't look like detectives. We need to dress like them."
They reached into the back seat, where they had stashed a couple of outfits. Soojin grabbed her clothes and said, "I'll change here. You go outside and keep watch."
Taehyung nodded, stepping out of the car and giving Soojin some privacy. She quickly changed into a tight black leather jacket, matching pants, and combat boots. She applied some dark makeup to complete the look. Once done, she knocked on the window, signaling Taehyung to come back in and she stepped out of the car
When Taehyung reentered the car, he quickly changed into his outfit, a dark leather jacket with ripped jeans and a few accessories to give him the look of a street dancer.
Soojin checked herself in the mirror. "How do I look?"
Taehyung grinned. "Like you belong here. Ready?"
"Ready," Soojin replied, her expression determined.
They stepped out of the car, blending into the crowd seamlessly. The music grew louder as they approached, the bass thumping in their chests. People danced and laughed around them, creating a chaotic but vibrant scene.
As they made their way deeper into the gathering, Soojin whispered to Taehyung, "We need to find out who's in charge. The host of this event hasn't shown up yet, but I bet he's the key to our investigation."
Taehyung nodded, keeping his eyes peeled. "Let's split up and gather information. Stay safe."
"You too," Soojin replied, before disappearing into the crowd.
They moved through the throngs of people, each trying to blend in while observing their surroundings. The more they saw, the more they realized how deep the underworld ran. This was more than just a party; it was a gathering of people who thrived on the edge of society.
---
Just as Soojin and Taehyung were starting to gather snippets of conversations, a hush fell over the crowd. The music lowered, and all eyes turned toward a sleek, black car that had just pulled up. The host had arrived.
The car door opened, and out stepped a man who exuded authority and charisma. He was dressed in a sharp suit, contrasting sharply with the casual attire of the crowd. His presence commanded attention, and whispers rippled through the assembly.
Soojin watched him closely. *This must be the leader of the group,* she thought. She edged closer, trying to hear what he was saying.
The host raised his hands, signaling for silence. "Welcome, everyone! I'm glad to see such a great turnout tonight. We have a lot planned, so let's get started!"
