Skye: I'm really sorry Chase but mayor Goodway asked me to help her with something at sunset... Maybe tomorrow?
Chase: Oh um yeah well ok..
*Chase looked at Marshall and Everest with a sad face and how they enjoyed their time together*
Skye: Chase! Don't be sad because we can just go another day like I said! We can go tomorrow but when your sad I feel sad.
*Looks at skye with distraught*
Skye: Chase? What happened? Don't worry! Wait unless there is something else you are worrying about?
Chase: No, its ok im not worrried about anything..
*Chase goes to his pup house and feels depressed*
Chase's pov:
Is Skye just trying to ignore me? I asked her if she had anything to do today and she said 'nope' but when I asked her to go to the beach with me ... She told Mayor Goodway needs her... I don't understand but I guess she does have work. Maybe Mayor Goodway asked her to help after I asked her about her plans..
Skye's Pov:
I feel terrible! Chase probably thinks im trying to ignore him by not going to the beach and just making up an excuse! But its not what he thinks. How do I explain this to him? I'll go check on him.
*Skye knocks on chase's door*
Skye: Chase? Are you ok?
Chase: Yes! Well no! Ugh no im not.
Skye: Chase, please don't think im trying to ignore you because im not. I actually have to go but im going to try to come back before the dazzling sunset so we can watch it together! But just don't be upset.
Chase: Ok fine.
*Skye leaves*
Chase feels much better after the small conversation with Skye.
