Y/N sat on a roof top in the Neverwinter ground, keeping a watchful eye on the castle itself. Doric had agreed to join them in their quest to take down Forge and had now snuck into the castle to get a closer look at the vault and what they might be dealing with. Though he wanted Doric to join the group and knew she could take care of herself, he still felt a little nervous for her, especially is she was found out. So he decide to tag along and help out if things went south.

Y/N pulled out a blade that had rope attached to it, a new design he was working on. It was something help him maneuverer round more easily, and help get him to roof tops that were more spaced out. He hadn't tried it out yet so this was a good test run. He spun it around slight, a way to both practice and kill time.

That's when he noticed a bird in the sky, and the many arrows that were being shot at it. However the hawk wasn't completely watching where it was going and his a flag in the wing started nose diving into a house chimney.

Y/N: Well looks like were going into Edgin's second plan: Get out without dying plan.

Y/N jumped to his feet and ran across the rooftop and stop just across the house that Doric had landed in. He waited a seconds before he was the tiefling walk out the front door placing a cloak on. The two locked eyes for a moment before both nodding and began walking in the same direction, Y/N still on the roof top and Doric now on the ground trying to blend with the crowd.

That's when he noticed the wizard coming towards Doric on a horse with a few guards with her. He quickly let out whistle that got Doric attention and he pointed towards the guards closing in on her. She saw where he was pointing and quickly shifted into another bird like creature that was around her and mentally thanked him.

Y/N jumped onto a wooden beam that connected two building and stealthily made his way across it without being spotted. He silently watched the events unfold, hoping that Doric wouldn't get found out. Unfortunately the red wizard in disguise, somehow knew Doric was there and was about to shoot a spell at her, but was thankfully saved by another similar animal that stook the blow for her, the letting a shriek as it went down gave Doric the signal to run.

The chase began as Doric squawks away from the wizard on horse back, as towns people screamed to jump out of the way. Y/N too now began running from rooftop to rooftop trying his best to keep up that's when he pulled his blade that had rope attached to it and swung it, landing into a soft piece of brick into the building across from him.

Y/N: Here goes nothing...

He mentally sighed to himself and leaped off the building, as he expected for this plan not to work but then it did as he felt himself swing to the other side and land safely.

Y/N: It worked!

He let a chuckle, before shaking his head and getting back to the task at hand.

Doric had now shifted into a deer to hopefully get away faster and from what Y/n could tell it seemed to be sort of working. But the wizard was still on her tail and Y/N needed to help, thats when he noticed a couple of crates stacked up onto each other, held together by rope.

"Perfected" he had thought to himself as he kept up with them and threw two blade out of his cloak, the blades connecting to the rope that held the crates, cutting them causing the crates to begin tumbling doing. Doric easily jumped over them, as for the wizard though it seemed to do the trick and slow her down.

Unfortunately for him he seemed to get the attention on him as he just missed a spell that flew right past his head. He kept running as more spelling kept being shot his way, one almost hit him but instead hit the roof tiles below his feet causing him to jump to the building in front of him.
