Escape the Reality [Sandro Marcos Fan-fiction]

Part 30

After the New Year's Eve. Everything went back to normal.

Sandro is back at his Campaign along with his dad. And I am here stuck inside my condo trying to get some sleep because I feel tired and sleepy all the time.

While sqeezing myself on my bed my phone suddenly rang. It was Sandro who is calling. I smiled.

"Hi, how's my princess?" He asked as I picked up the call. Finally heard his raspy and sexy voice.

I bit my lower lips habang pinipigilan ang kilig. "Not feeling well." I answered.

Sandro's voice became serious and worried. "Ilang linggo nang masama ang pakiramdam mo. Bakit hindi ka magpacheck-up?" 

I pursed my lips. "Sandz, I'm busy at work. Today lang ang day-off ko and also my rest day. Kailan ka ba uuwi dito?" I asked him.

It was a long silence bago siya sumagot.  "I'm sorry if I can't be able to be at your side when you're not feeling well." He apologizes kaya naman tinawanan ko lang siya.

"I'm fine don't worry about me. I'll just file a leave at work so that I can visit my doctor this week, hindi ko na kasi maintindihan ang nangyayari saakin." I explained." 

Sandro agreed about my plan and already bid goodbye. 

I felt a bit sad kasi he has a point. At times that I need him, he might be out, busy handling the economy and goverment's  problem. Baka nga mauna pa niyang ayusin ang problema ng bansa kaysa sa problema naming dalawa. 

I smirk while focusing on my thoughts. Palagi nalang ba ganito? Maghihintay muna ako na maayos ang kung ano mang problema namin dahil mas kailngan niyang unahin ang publiko? I can't even go with him sa campaign nila kasi his name will be ruined if ever the public will find out that he has a girlfriend.

After that day I file a leave and contacted my friend, Victoria para samahan ako sa hospital upang magpacheck-up. 

"Ano ba kasi talaga ang nararamdaman mo?" Seryosong tanong ni Victoria habang nasa waiting area.

Kakatapos ko lang magrun ng different test para masigurado kung ano ng aba itong nararamdaman ko. It was a foreign feeling na ngayon ko lanng naramdaman buong buhay ko.

"Every morning as I woke up, I feel so sick. Nahihilo rin ako palagi ang then I got tired already even I do small and light things." I answered while remembering everything that I felt these past few weeks.

"You even gain weight." She said while looking at my body. 

I shook my head. "I don't know, I rarely eat na nga since I didn't have appetite. And foods smell weird to me." I honestly confessed. 

Both of us were puzzled until the Doctor called us to go inside her office. Nagtinginan muna kami ni Victoria bago pumasok.

I sigh. 

"Miss Davis. According to your tests, wala ka namang sakit." Nakangiting sabi ng doctor kaya naman ay naginhawaan ako. "But..." 

Natigilan ako sa kinatatayuan ko.

"Hindi mo ba alam na buntis ka?" Saad ng Doctor.

I saw how Victoria's jaw dropped. I was shocked too.

Bigla nalang akong naluha sa hindi maipaliwanag na dahilan, napahawak ako sa tyan ko.

I'm pregnant with Sandro's child.
