"Ringggg" It went
That was sound of the lunch schoolbell ringing, aka the bell that would free me from school.
It was now noon, I had just gotten trough the second day of going back as I got finished early today due to a teacher being sick and I actually was glad as i didn't have many people to talk to today.
Chelsea was sick, she send me a message this morning that she had to go to the doctor for a check up and Athena didn't even have school today at all and Bradley.... he also wasn't an option. We did text a bit yesterday evening but it wasn't that much. Today he also still hasn't talked to me in person so I assumed he was still angry.
The only person I had left was Marcus...
But walking around with him in school would've made Bradley pissed off, so I figured that it would be the best to not do that.
So mainly, I just sat alone. Luckily this day wasn't too long so it was pretty easy to get trough.
I picked up my books and got off my seat, I left the classroom and quickly made my way over to my locker as I wanted to go home as quickly as possible. Not that I had something important to do but it was better than staying here. At least there I could do whatever I want.
I opened my locker and started putting my books away. I wasn't paying any attention to my surroundings so I also didn't realize someone walking up to me from behind.
"Boo" I suddenly heard.
My eyes whidened. I turned around in shock nearly hitting head against the lockers.
Soon enough I noticed it was Marcus he was nearly laughing, probably from my reaction.
"I got you good huh?" He said with a smile.
I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Too good, please never do that again" I asked.
I then looked back at my locker and started looking for my phone as I had previously put it in there to put everything in it's place.
"I'm sorry, but you have to admid, it was pretty funny" He said.
I looked over my shoulder and saw him still smiling from before.
"Maybe for you, yeah..." I said.
"You should've seen your face though"
After some time I then finally found my phone. I took it out aswell as my bag that I had previously put in it so I wouldn't have to walk around with it all day and put the phone in my pocket. I then closed my locker and put the key away in my backback.
I turned around and faced Marcus who was still smiling clearly. For some reason his smile always did something to me, I don't know why but everytime he smiled I always got so happy.
I shrugged the feeling off and starting thinking again of our previous converstation as he was probably confused about why I was silent for so long.
"Are you going to bully me some more or will you actually what you're here for now?" I asked.
"Or were you just here to see me?" I raised my eyebrows.
He then snapped out of his thoughts.
"Right, I uh wasn't" He started.
"I actually wanted to ask you something"
I looked up surpised.
"Ask me something?" I repeated him but in a question way.
"Yeah, since you're done with school right now and I am aswell... I thought maybe we could go somewhere together?" He suggested.
I smiled and I will admid it, I was kind of confused when he asked me that. Like sure he helped me and we've talked quite some times but it's not like we've known eachother that long now. Not that you have to when hanging out but this was kind of different than him just visiting because he feels bad for making me hit the ground and talking at school because we run into eachother, this is literally him asking for us to spend some time together outside of that, like getting to know eachother better...
