16 years old~
So this week is my sweet sixteenth birthday and I'm going to be getting the powers that the gods gave me. Originally I was just going to get piercings with Caroline and tattoos with the gang this year because that was the plan that we made two years ago, because grams said that we could get them this year as long as everyone else's parents are fine with it. Grams doesn't care what kind of tattoo or piercing that I get as long as it isn't anything crazy and as long as I'm comfortable with what I get after it's done.
Miss Lizzy is fine with Caroline getting any piercing as long as it's not on her face, which Carebear wasn't going to do anyway and Miss Lizzy doesn't want Care to get a giant tattoo and to get one she can hide at least, just in case she ends up hating it down the line of life.
Mrs and Mr. Lockwood don't care what kind of tattoo Tyler gets as long as it isn't gang related due to his dad being the mayor and Mr. Lockwood doesn't want Ty to get anything on his face including piercings.
Kelly wasn't even home when Matt went to go ask her but when he told Vicki what he was going to do and if she could get any suggestions she told him to get a gun on his shoulder and to get ear piercing because it would make him look badass, and maybe their mom would pay more attention to them is he does. Which was dumb to tell a 14 year old boy, who is also your brother.
The Gilberts had the same reaction of the Lockwoods and Miss Lizzy but towards Elena because for some reason she heard us make the plans and she told her parents that we were doing it for an early birthday gift towards her. Her birthday is four months away... But when Jeremy asked for permission to get his ears pierced because there is no way that I'm letting a 13 year old get a tattoo, they just brushed him off.
Once CC and Yara learned about my plans for my birthday they said that we had to have a mini party because only a certain number of people know that I'm going to be getting my powers from the gods today. I agreed because even though I didn't want a birthday party this is still an important part of my life that needs to be celebrated. I wasn't inviting my friends because they still do not know about the supernatural world because they are still 13 and 14, but they will know before the plot starts.
Since my birthday is on a Saturday this year, grams felt it best that I spend the beginning with my friends and then around 5 I can have my little party before the gods unlock my powers at 6. I only know of Grams, CC, Yara, Cupid and Eden being there for the party but CC had other plans for my party.
Flashback:
We were getting out piercings now and Jeremy had to go last because he wanted to go after me due to him getting two of the piercings that I was getting, and he wanted to see my reaction to them before he went through with the process but since I was getting the most I wanted to be last.
I was holding his hand and he was getting his right nostril then his septum because he already got his ears pierced which he did with no reaction, so I thought it would be the same for his nose but boy was I wrong.
