Chapter 3

"What are you doing here you are supposed to be in the US why are you here?" I ask. In a surprised voice.

"I'm here to see you my dear friend." He said.

"And don't go changing the story I asked you a question and I need an answer." He said. In a demanding voice.

"Hello to you too Es, it's been awhile, how are you?" I ask. In a nonchalant voice.

"There you go again trying to change the subject why even try if you know I am going to continue my pursuit in finding answers to my question?" He said.

Personally I knew Es, after all we were best friends and even lived together for awhile, but when he found his mate we started to spend less time together and we soon grow apart, he moved out mated and was pregnant I didn't want to hold him back so I threw myself into work (The organizations) and then at my graduation I met my mate, and we started going out and then I met his family and we soon mated and then soon after i became: Mrs. Marino, and mated on the night of our wedding.and these past three years of marriage we have been trying to get pregnant and it has been nothing but a disappointment and then my best friend shows up pregnant with his third pregnancy and believe me when I say I am overjoyed for him but I can't help but feel a small ping of jealous.

"HEY, ALESSANDRA!" Es yells and snaps he's fingers.

"Yeah what up," I say.

"You spaced out, and I have been calling your name for the last 30 minutes, are you ok, you don't seem good." Es said. In a concerned voice.

I just smiled softly and said "yeah, I'm ok."

"Why do you always do that it's like you have changed sense you married that Italian." Es, said. In a sympathetic voice.

"Has he been hitting you, you can tell me I promise I won't do Nything too bad." He said.

"No, he would never do something like that to me, he loves me it was just an accident and I messed up, and I deserved it, 8t was his way of putting me in my place, and reminding me what what am" I said.

"WHAT THAT IS NOT LIVE THAT IS ABUSE, AND YOU KNOW IT." Es said. In a upset voice.

"Hey, not so loud he could be back any minute now, and it is not right for you to exhaust yourself, you are pregnant it is not good for the baby so calm down." I said. In a hushed  voice.

"You are worried about me and my baby while you are in the hospital because your husband, is a wife beater and a man-child are you kidding me right now, Alessandra!" Es said in a loud and upset voice!

"HEY, YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN RIGHT NOW ESSMAY" I said. In a even longer voice.

"WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME I AM JUST TRYING TO UNDERSTAND AND HELP YOU HERE ALESSANDRA, SENSE YOU WANT TO CALL PEOPLE BY THERE GOVERNMENT NAME IN HERE." He said. In a louder voice than before.

Okay now I am starting to get really upset and I don't want to use my Dominant Omege voice, on him but he is leaving me no choice at this point and I hate to do that to him when I know his true intentions, and he is only trying to help and i would do the exact same thing if were in his position, but getting upset isn't going to help me neither is it going to help him or the baby in his womb, it is only going to make matters worse than they already are.

So I made the best decision I could.

Sigh

"Look, just calm down okay, getting upset is not going to do either of us any good."  I said in a calm and content voice.

I could tell he was about to get loud again so I-
