The night for the Nova

"Mi amor...."

Lucy's P.O.V:

It was the first day of senior year, and my twin sister Luna was already freaking out about prom. She has always wanted to ask the most popular girl Nicole,out to prom. But the problem is Nicole doesn't speak English she only speaks Greek. But the only other person in the entire School who speaks Greek is Keith the only male on the cheer team and the head cheerleader aka the most popular person on the cheer team, people would kiss the ground at his feet just to even say his name. The cheerleaders call him kit or kitten and the football players call him cherry, but if anyone else wants to ask him something they have to do impossible tasks just to get him to comply.

"Are you sure you could be able to complete his task?" I ask my love sick sister perplexed as to why she would even ask him anything. "Of course I am. I have wanted that date with Nicole since I first stepped foot into the school" Luna says putting her long red and black hair into a high ponytail, while looking at the mirror in her locker. "But what if he asks you something really hard? Like 'is the goddess Nova actually real' or something like that" I say adjusting my cheer uniform "Oh don't be so dramatic Lucy, we both know the myth of the goddess Nova is fake. Our teacher just told us that myth to make us not die out of boredom. Plus since I'm on the cheer team maybe he'll be a little nicer?" She says looking around at the other girls in the locker room making sure they don't listen in on the conversation. "I don't know Luna. Keith has never really been the type to go easy on people" I shut my locker and take Luna's hand " Plus we have to get to practice" I drag her out of the locker room and onto the football field.

Keith's P.O.V

I sit on the bleachers, waiting for everyone else to finish changing I look over at my boyfriend Leandro. Who looks like he took a bath on the Sun because of how much he was sweating, "You look like you just ran twelve marathons" I laugh at my boyfriend as he pours water from his bottle onto himself. "I feel like I ran fifty more than that" he says ever so dramatically. I roll my eyes: "Yeah sure" Leandro looks around making sure no one is listening to us "Have you been eating enough mi amor?"

I gulp "Yes" " Really? 'cause it doesn't look like it" he says concerned. "I'm fine" I put my phone in my cheer bag, "Mi amor I can see your ribs" I sigh "I don't want to talk about it" I grab my cheer bag and walk away.

"Mi amor...."

(Hey that's the end of this chapter I know it's short and doesn't really mention a lot but this is basically just the introduction to four of the characters and every chapter will end with the name of said chapter also I'm still waiting for feedback on my other book if you want me to continue writing songs in that book if so I will change the name so please let me know)
