And truth to be told, Jennie has no plans to getting married that soon. And the type of questions she's getting asked right now is added to one more reason why she thinks arranged marriages are shit.
"Sorry uncle, but by the amount of work I do at my job would never let me gain weight..I prefer to be this way" she tried to sound as polite as possible. "Job!?! You aren't gonna do jobs after marrying our son" the groom's mom almost yelled.
"Once again sorry aunty, I wouldn't quit my job even if your son wants me to" jennie snickeringly smiled, all the people in the living room felt intimidated by her braveness.
"Aigoo this generation women are so spoiled, I really miss those times when women used to be obedient and never talk back" the groom's father expressed his disliking towards Jennie's attitude.
"I also miss those times when men used to go to wars and never come back"
Gasps were left from Jennie's parents and groom's parents went pale not knowing how to face Jennie anymore. Mama kim palmed her forehead and rushed to Jennie to warn her to behave.
"Jennie shut up-" "we are leaving mr.kim, good luck on finding your arrogant daughter another men" the groom and his parents left the house making Jennie's inner self giggle.
"Oh my nini, you're so brave for that" miss kim (tae's mom who is close to Jennie's parents) snooped in, giggling along.
"Haha, thank you auntie" Jennie saluted to mrs.kim dramatically and both of them burst out laughing out more.
"Brave!?! If she's like this, no one gonna marry her" mama kim scolded as mrs.kim caressesed Jen's hair.
"I'm gonna get the most handsome husband ever, you wait and see lady" jennie said glaring back at her mom. "C'mon why would you think that?" Mrs.kim questioned.
"She's already 25+ years old but never dated, I really regret sending her to newzealand " mama kim sighed, staring back at Jennie "and look how she's glaring at me when I say the truth!"

Mama was about to smack jennie but got stopped by mrs.kim. "it's not her fault okay? Even my son never dated till now...wait I think this two will be the perfect couple, why don't we guys let them just marry each other?"
