OC enters Avatar the Last Airbender

'It came! It finally came!'

I thought with great joy, It took only 3 weeks for it to get here, but it finally came. I opened the package and there it was.

The Worldbuilder Gaming console + headset

I spent several weeks in that Mrbeast challenge. Nearly went Insane. But it was worth it!

I plugged it in and it turned on, I looked at the screen. I could create an entire world and could either play god with it or be a normal joe and experience events of my creation... or i could-

"Generating World: Avatar the Last Airbender, created by Giancarlo Volpe, written by Michael Dante DiMartino."

Avatar the Last Airbender is one of if not the best show in all of existence, it's characters are the stuff of legend, the bending is awesome, and I've read several fanfictions about real people finding themselves in these crazy worlds.

But... maybe I can also add a few.. modifications to the story to make it more shall we say... interesting.

the loading was taking slightly longer than I was hoping, but when it finally finished I was bounce with excitement. I could barely contain it.

I sat down in my gaming chair, headset in hand, I took a deep breath. 'Here goes nothing.' I thought.

I put the headset on, my body relaxed, my eyes closed, I woke up.

I clearly did not think this through.

I was settled in the frozen wasteland that was the south pole of the Avatar World, I think I should have chosen where I wanted to start my adventure, I was here most likely where the series started, did that mean Katara and Sokka were finding Aang right now?

I couldn't think much because of how FREAKING COLD IT WAS!

I found a small cave nearby, it was my greatest chance of survival, they weren't kidding when they said the experience was so lifelike.

I huddled up in a corner of the cave, I curled up to contain my body heat, and I silently prayed someone came along and found me, it must have been hours in that cave when...

"Sokka there's someone in this cave!"

I could barely make out the voices I heard, I was so close to passing out from the freezing temperature

"Katara get away from him! He could be a spy!"

I tried to look up at the two who I assumed were Sokka and Katara, but all I was were blurry blue figures loaming over me

"Sokka we can't just leave him here."

I passed out.

I woke up with an almost splitting headache, I sat up to see I was in an igloo, I was laying in a blue sleeping bag. I stood up, I looked down and saw I was still wearing my clothes, good than means they didn't see me almost naked

I walked out to see I was in Sokka and Katara's village, it looked exactly the same as it did in the series "HEY!" I turned to see Sokka running up to me, pointing his spear at me "Who are you, are you a spy?" Katara and Gran-Gran following right behind him "Sokka don't point that thing at him." Katara said trying to slow her brother down. I was too distracting by his fighting stance, it was too small, his knees weren't bent enough, and it wasn't wide enough to prevent him from being knocked over.

Then again he hadn't gone through his character arc yet.

"Hey! are you listening to me?" I was snapped out of my thoughts when Sokka yelled at me "Oh sorry I was just wondering, what's with that stance?"

"Huh? What are you talking about?" he asked confused, I replied with "That stance. It's very poor." Sokka looked down at his legs "What are you talking about? This is a good stance!" He got closer. "No it is not. You can be easily knocked down wi-" Sokka got even closer and put the spear end in my face, I quickly grabbed the end and yanked it out of his end and using the opposite end of the spear, I knocked him off his feet and into the snow.

I stood over my defeated foe. "I told you it was a very sloppy stance" I tossed the spear away and faced Katara and her grandmother. "Now then, where am I? And who are you?"

"My name is Katara. The man you just knocked down is my brother Sokka and this is my Grandmother Kanna." Katara said introducing herself and Kanna "Call me Gran-Gran, now what is your name young man?"

"My name is Russell... and I have no idea how I got here." I know I was lying but what was I suppose to tell them? 'hey I'm from another universe and I'm here so I can experience one of the greatest series ever created'

"Well I suppose you could stay with us for a few months Russell." Gran-Gran said as Sokka got up, but before he could say anything Gran-Gran grabbed his arm "And I'm sure my grandson would want to apologize to you for what happened."

"Oh no he doesn't have to, I understand why. What with the War.. the Fire Nation... exceedra exceedra." I said before shivering slighty. Katara acted quickyl and handed me a parka "Thanks." I said as I put it on. "No problem." she said with a warm smile
