Jisung had known it,
he's had this weird feeling
for a few days now.

And he couldn't even bring himself
to be mad at his own stupidity for
not taking birth control after he
had spent his last heat with Minho.

It had been the first time someone
had taken such great care of him
that for once the small omega
hadn't felt disgusted about
his subgender's needs.

He couldn't be mad despite
knowing that this was the last
thing he wanted right now.

Not when part of him was tingling
from excitement that he was
pregnant with Minho's pup.

The positive pregnancy test was
sitting on the sink, the cute smiley
face staring at him whenever he
glanced at it just to make sure
he wasn't hallucinating.

All of this was wrong,
he hadn't known Minho that
long and he wasn't even sure what
the alpha thought about kids at all.

They weren't even close to the step
of talking about kids but here Jisung
was, hand resting under his shirt
on his bare tummy and his
eyes sparkling.

He shouldn't feel this way,
he should be crying about the
fact that Minho could possibly
abandon him and the pup once
he knew, he should panic about
the fact that he had absolutely no
idea how he could afford a child.

But he couldn't.

Because ever since Minho had
come into his life, Jisung had
started to believe that maybe,
just maybe, he deserved
a happy ending too.

“Sungie.
What's wrong?”

“Hm?”

The sleepy omega lifted his head
from where he had rested it on the
older's chest just to scrunch his nose
when Minho pecked it gently.

“You're cuddlier than normal.
And you don't say much.”

“Does it bother you?”

“Not at all.
I'm just worried about you.”

Minho cooed when the brunette
only sighed cutely as he curled up
in the other's arms, tail wrapping
itself protectively over the
boy's midsection.

Growing a baby was exhausting
and the first thing Jisung had
noticed was that, just like Minho
had said, he had gotten a lot more
attached to the alpha.

He knew that it was the hormones
and his subgender speaking but
having his pup's father close
made him feel safe.

And then there was this stupid
nesting instinct already kicking in.

Leaving his bedroom had gotten
unbelievably hard now that the
omega had already started building
a very poor looking nest, heart
aching at the lack of his alpha's
presence during this
important step.

Minho's stuff was missing,
undoubtedly.

But as long as he didn't know,
Jisung had to live with his messy,
little makeshift of a nest.
