26. Beach

It took two whole days before the three of you could finally get on that plane, with a lot of convincing for the others to believe you'll be safe travelling without any pack warriors, it helped that most of the places the three of you will stay in are yours.

The three of you arrived at the beach house around midday, it's annoyingly bright, your eyes hurt from all the sun but looking at the awed look of your two mates as they take in the beautiful scenery, you'll bear it for as long as they enjoy it.

It's far smaller than the house you have, but for as far as the eyes can see the beach stretch, the land is yours, you're immensely thankful that you're rich enough to buy private beaches and plenty of vacation homes, you want to be the only one to see your mates in whatever state they wished to dress in.

Even now, with Estia wearing red wine buttons down, the sleeves rolled up to her elbows showing off her toned arms, her shirt tucked into ivory pants that draws your eyes to her legs while Celeste dons a beige polo shirt, hugging her body deliciously with moss green trousers to show off her long legs, you had a really hard time not blinding anyone who glanced their way back at the airport.

Now that you're alone with them without any eyes to ogle them, you can finally breathe in relief, but in the future, you're going to insist on teleporting everywhere, they're too hot for you to not worry.

Though the main problem right now is that you're too damnedly tired, you're barely keeping yourself upright, fighting against your eyes to close and fall asleep instantly.

With your control on your powers waning, you're exhausted everyday, even with them so close, it didn't help restore the damage that witch who looked like Eden did to you fast enough, and when your mana responded to Celeste the other day, you were unprepared for it, the transfer was messy, pulling your already thinning control, thinner.

'You should tell them the state you're in, Thana, they're worried' Jade says, concern darkening her surroundings 'they're our mates, they'll keep us safe and protected."

'Hard to protect me against myself, but I get what you mean' you say, eyes glued to your two beautiful mates talking among themselves, smiling at them when their eyes meet yours, letting the warmth of their affection surround you 'I have a feeling that even if we do complete the matebond for our wolf side, they might only be able to help with stabilizing my powers but with their lack of mana, that might be the extent of it.'

'You haven't tried yet, they might surprise you' she chides but without much heat, with a huff, she drops her head on her paws, the atmosphere lightening as a dreamy look come to her as she says 'but kissing them feels so nice, feeling their hands on our body, oh to feel their lips-'

'Okay, that's enough' you cut Jade off before she could say anything else, cradling your cheeks with your hands, willing the heat to cool, not that it helped with Jade supplying imaginations that could even make a stone blush.

"Are you alright, Thana?" You look up when you feel your mate standing beside you, she tilts her head in question, a silent request to hold you, instead of voicing it, you lean into Celeste's warmth as she snakes an arm around your waist, pulling you closer to her "what are you thinking of, my love? Is it something I can help with?"

Estia steps in front of you soon after, having followed Celeste, dropping your hands from your face to lightly grip her shirt, she leans down to place a lingering kiss on your forehead then gives Celeste a kiss on the cheek, before pulling back with a smile that's slightly dampened by the worry in her eyes "are you tired? Should we head inside and get some rest? You're looking a bit red, dear heart, is the heat getting to you?"
