Chapter 20

The next day the atmosphere became very gloomy in the squad and vedika didn't shade a single tear this time she gulped everything, her emotions, her tears and her pain of being away from them. The morning she waked up she was clouded with the thoughts of her being the unluckiest person. The new physiotherapist was one of the most famous person and most professional one but the problem of her was her and vedika not being on good terms from their college days as vedika would be praised and she always was coming at the 2nd position.

Soon the time passes really very soon, riyan had planned everything to reveal her but then this news came up.
It was afternoon and it was time to leave for England.
Vedika hugged everyone one by one and bidding them bye for their upcoming journey
Vedika - aap sabhi log apna dhyaan rake and all the best for the matches, I hope you all get well along with Dr Anisha

Everyone was concerned for her but they can't do anything and now they've to leave as the management pushed them to leave , vedika stood their watching them going her eyes were teary and would fall at any moment from her eyes she composed herself and then left the place silently
Shubman looked behind to see her but she was nowhere present there
Shubman - bhaiya she went away
Everyone looked at the sight to see her nowhere
Shreyas - I'm scared how will she handle herself
Virat - she needs to shrey she needs to
As their bus left
Vedika who was now in her room crying her heart out sitting on the floor behind the door. She couldn't control her emotions
Vedika - it's not in my fate to be happy ever it's just not. I have lost everything the moment I was born. It hurts, it hurts really bad
She clutched her dress and kept her one hand on her chest feeling the pain over there.

It was really tough for her to face everything but then her eyes stopped crying being tired.

She started packing her things leaving the hotel to her apartment.

After a span of a 15 days,
It was like she was the girl who used to be like before her disorder started hitting her again as the behaviour of bcci was also not so good as they've taunted her each and everytime for loss of  team India and her contact with ICT was not that well cause they were always busy and she was always working her phone wasn't with her if management saw her holding her phone they would've scolded her. Things were affecting her as the hate comments were also there for her as after it was officially revealed her being the teams physiotherapist the fans and haters noticed that she was the one with the team and shubman. Few things were going with her which she was scared of and that happened after the reveal of teams physiotherapist.
The under-19 players who tried their best to get her comfortable around them failed miserably as she didn't responded to them with that. Days went on and now it's been a month that ict was coming back from their tours.

For the team ,
When the new physiotherapist arrived it took them time to accept her but then they got mixed up with her and in that only Riyan who was determined to get back his sister was always concerned for her but others got busy. In that process they didn't thought about vedika and Anisha was creating that rift between them as she tried to defame her by creating problems , in this all ruturaj was out and he was always thinking of his mistakes he didn't listened to any of Anisha's talks as again he'll make mistakes and his sister will be taken away from him.

About the females they always tried to meet with vedika but never the management let them meet her keeping her busy and after going to get place whe would never tell anyone about anything.
In this all, shubman was worried about her but then he somewhere lost that connection with her getting busy with his work not calling her or anything but the things where vedika got hurted were,where her brothers and shubman were posting pics with Anisha but never had time for her.
Anisha tried her level best to make them distant with her. As she builded her own place in their hearts.

Today was the day when they all were coming back but vedika didn't knewed.
After their arrival they all got freshened up and then shubman headed towards his room and then remembered to visit vedika's room, as he reached near her door he knocked the door but someone else opened the door
Girl - shubman sir? Aap yaha kaise
Shubman - umm tum kya vedika ko janti ho?
Girl - ji kon vedika?
Shubman - jiske room Mai tum ho abhi
Girl - no sir this room is given to me by hotel.
Shubman then said a sorry and left the place wondering where vedika went leaving her room, then he thought to ask it to the under 19 team so he asked their captain

Shubman - harsh vedika ma'am kaha rehti hai?
Harsh - sir wo toh apne apartment mai rehti hai
Shubman - but she was living here na
Harsh - ji sir but she shifted over her apartment and ma'am is not so expressive with us so we don't know much about her
Shubman - wait what not so expressive like how?
Harsh - like she's always sitting alone wo aaj tak kisi celebration mai ni aayi nor she ever ate something with us not even smiles at us, we don't know kya hua hai unko. And she's behaving weirdly sometimes i can't say how but wo bohot hi concious hoke therapy deti hai like she maintains a distance with boys
Vivek - don't forget about management. Sir management has been harsh towards her so she always listens to them.
Shubman - what the fuck bro why they're harsh towards her, why they can't let her be at peace and now tell me when she'll arrive?
Harsh - she's blamed for ICT matches loss so that's it and she'll arrive in sometime

Just then he saw other boys coming towards them with Anisha
Virat - shub go with Anisha she needs to shift her things in the hotel.
Shubman looked down blankly and said okay he was in his deep thoughts
Virat - kya hua shub? And where's vedika
Harsh - sir ma'am thodi der tak aa jayegi
Shreyas - wait doesn't she lives in the hotel
Vivek - nahi sir she shifted to her apartment months back
Everyone was stunned for a moment but then riyan said
Riyan - ruturaj bhai come we need to go to vedika's house
Ruturaj - haa chal jate hai
Virat - hum sab chalte hai chalo
Ruturaj - sorry bhaiya but it's something important we need to do so aap usse baad mai mil Lena please.
Rohit - okay fine then

As ruturaj and riyan left for her apartment
In their car riyan was driving and ruturaj seated on passenger seat
Ruturaj - riyan I'm not feeling good about her
Riyan - same here bhai that's why I said to you about going to her apartment this time my sister can't suffer
Ruturaj - she's already riyan humari galti hai humne jaane se pehle sab sahi kardena chahiye tha
Riyan - but now we can't change anything na so we need to do it now

Soon they reached vedika's apartment,
As they rang the bell she came out and ruturaj and riyan saw her their eyes showed she was not good at all her body has lost weight too much
Ruturaj - ved bacche how are you
Vedika - umm aap log aaiye na andar and mai thik hu
Riyan looked at ruturaj as he felt something is really wrong with her.
Just then they listened some noise of something falling in the bedroom.
Riyan - bacche andar koi hai?
Vedika - ohh wo koi billi hogi
Again they listened voice of door closing and opening.

Ruturaj goes towards the room
Vedika - dada no one's there
She got scared instantly as they saw fear in her eyes and rushed inside and ruturaj widened his eyes as he saw and his blood boiled seeing the person infront of him
