"Dev- Aunty didnt save Kareena, so that she can die now. save her." he replied

they walked near operation theater, they saw everyone standing outside. 

"Kareena get up for you dad please" Abhimanyu asked 

"please babe dad cant live without you, he will die my kiddo. please get up. please." 

"her pluse is getting down minute by minute" 

"No- Princess I will give you the whole gaming set please get up. you wanted to play with my kids right? Akriti is pregnant arent you going to play with them?" Neelesh asked 

Dev walked inside and moved Neelesh a side. 

"Love" he called

"her pulse---" Viraj stopped doctor

he felt her hand move a little- 

"yes love, just like that come back"

he saw the monitor and lines started to move

"we will- I will get you ice cream, chocolate cake, dream cakes and I will buy you whole chocolate factory come back." 

her body moved a little- 

"I know you can do this- come back following my voice." he said one last time before her body shook 

"she-" doctors came in and took the situation in their hands, 

he was about to leave her hand but she held it very tight. he saw her and removed her hand with force. 

"she will be alright right?" he asked 

"we will make sure" doctor said as everyone walked out

"why?" Abhimanyu asked 

"the last and First thing my maa saved- If she is precious to her then she is precious to me." Dev replied
