Extra 3: Deruth Idiot

Meanwhile at the Duchy just after the Duke teleports.

A light could be seen appearing in the Duke's office, Deruth had returned. This surprised his second son Basen who took care of maintaining the duchy in the absence of his parents.

" Father ? " in front of his son's questioning look, he turned towards him, his furious expression still not disappearing.

"Did something happen with Hyung? Basen noticed the Duke's expression and was worried about what could have happened to make him look like that.

"Well yes, he is better but..." he chose to tell him everything after all he was no longer a child, and maybe he would agree with him and help him take care of Cale.

Basen's expression changed from worried to one filled with horror. What did his brother try to do?...he, the always stoic and strong commander, tried to kill himself? it's impossible !! He only wanted to go hug his brother.

Basen looked at his father, he knew he just wanted to help his brother but he wasn't doing it the right way. He was a good duke for sure but not a good father to his brother...*sigh*. He knew what happened between them before they arrived in the family, no one knows but he needed to do it to be able to approach the young master at the time and what he discovered made him feel bad comfortable. His father was a coward towards his brother, that's all he can say. He wasn't a bad father to them but to his brother he was downright non-existent for him. His mother must be furious too, he is already praying for his father if he continues like this.
