louis pov:
i don't normally come downstairs when the club is full in action, but i had a strange feeling tonight, it's like something is forcing me to go down there and see what's going on. I couldn't shake the feeling so i decided to go down.
the club looked the same as every other night since we had opened, but something had caught my eye. Someone had caught my eye. I quickly went behind the bar and had a quick shot of vodka to shake away this strange feeling i had, and then walked to what has to be the weirdest thing i've ever seen in any club. let alone my club.
it was a girl, the most beautiful girl i think i've ever seen, she had brown hair that was lightly curled and only a little bit of makeup on, which was weird as most girls here caked there selves in makeup until they was completely unrecognisable - it's not cute. She was sat in the corner... reading a book? a book???? what on earth. i rubbed my eyes a few times to make sure what i was seeing was correct. confused isnt even the word i am feeling. But i also know im feeling intrigued so i went over there.
"what's a pretty girl like you sat in the corner of a club reading for?" is all i managed to get out. She made me feel nervous which is weird for a guy like me, no girl has ever had this effect on me. i don't like it.
"clubs aren't my thing" she said obviously trying her best not to stutter, i guess the feeling is mutual. This statement alone made me more confused. She's at a club, not any club, but the most popular club in england, sat in the corner reading a book, but clubs aren't her thing? what?
I wanted to know more. "so why are you here love" after that i see her cheeks flush a light shade of pink - cute. she tries to hide her blush but it isn't working, even the red leds can't hide the look on her face.
"i'm here with my friend, she's probably on the dance floor somewhere, she didn't want to come here alone." yep that makes much more sense, i felt the urge to get to know more about this girl, like why is she reading? i get clubs aren't her thing but surely she can have fun with her friend right?
"so i take it your a bit bored if your just sat here reading" i say with a look of humour on my face.
"haha yes i guess so, i'll probably just stay here until ava decides she's drunk enough to leave" ava? im guessing that's her friends name. i don't even know her name - i wanted to though, i want to know everything about this girl.
"well i guess your going to need some company until that time then love" and by the look on her face, she wasn't against me staying with her, and i curtainly wasn't either.
