Azazel's mind spun with confusion and disbelief as the doctor uttered the unexpected news. Pregnant? He couldn't understand. How?

"Well, we have an hour before we close. Do you want to see your baby?" She asked.

"You mean an ultrasound?" Kreo asked.

The doctor nodded.

Azazel exchanged a bewildered glance with Kreo. Thinking of seeing their unborn child felt both surreal and daunting.

After a moment of silence, Azazel nodded hesitantly. "Yes, let's do it," he replied, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

With Kreo's hand firmly clasped in his own, Azazel followed the doctor to the examination room, his heart pounding.

In the examination room, Azazel settled onto the examination table, his pulse quickening with nervous anticipation. Kreo stood by his side, offering silent support as they awaited the ultrasound.

The doctor prepared the equipment, her movements calm and methodical. With a gentle touch, she applied gel to Azazel's abdomen before guiding the ultrasound wand over his skin.

As the monitor flickered to life, Azazel held his breath, his eyes fixed on the screen. And then, there it was—the faint outline of their tiny miracle, a flickering heartbeat echoing through the room.

Emotions overwhelmed Azazel as he gazed at the image, a mixture of awe, fear, and wonder coursing through him. Kreo's reassuring presence beside him.

As the doctor adjusted the ultrasound probe, her expression shifted, her brow furrowing in concentration. Azazel and Kreo exchanged a puzzled glance, uncertainty creeping into their hearts.

"Um, is everything alright?" Kreo asked, his voice laced with concern.

The doctor hesitated for a moment before turning to face them, her eyes bright with an unexpected revelation.

"Well, it seems you're in for a surprise," she said, her tone with excitement. "You're not just expecting one baby..."

Azazel's eyes widened in shock, his heart pounding with disbelief. "You mean..."

"Twins?" Kreo asked.

The doctor's smile spread across her face. "Nope. You're going to be parents to triplets."

"Three?!" Azazel said, in shock.

Kreo's hand tightened around Azazel's, his eyes glued to the screen.

"Triplets," Kreo breathed, his voice filled with wonder.

The doctor smiled warmly at them, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "You're not hallucinating," she reassured them. "You're going to be parents to three beautiful babies."

As Kreo and Azazel walked out the hospital, they couldn't help but look at their newly printed pictures of their children.

"Why does this always happen to me?" Azazel mumbled in Kreo's room.

"What happened?" Kreo asked.

"Everything bad," Azazel answered in a strict tone. "You fucked me 2 months ago, I had to go to a gala and then this!"

"..."

Azazel never forgot his role, he destroyed the tests when saw them again. It made him fear now. Yet he's still back in Kreo's house, knowing Kreo would be the only one to be there for him or death would be luxury.

Azazel's frustration and fear bubbled to the surface, Kreo's heart was heavy with the weight of Azazel's pain.

"I'm sorry," Kreo said softly, his voice tinged with remorse. "I never meant for any of this to happen."

Azazel sighed, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly. "I know," he admitted, his tone softer now. "But sometimes it feels like everything just keeps piling up, you know?"

Kreo nodded, reaching out to grasp Azazel's hand in his own. "I'm here for you," he vowed, his gaze unwavering. "Whatever happens, we'll face it together."

Azazel looked into Kreo's eyes, finding solace and reassurance. He knew that with Kreo by his side, they could weather any storm. And in that moment, amidst the chaos and uncertainty, a glimmer of hope flickered in Azazel's heart.

Kreo went out of the room to get something for Azazel to eat.

Azazel looked at his stomach in disbelief. With a gentle hand, he placed it over his stomach, feeling the faint stirrings within.

Are there really 3 living beings in there?

"I just hope your father actually keeps his word when he finds out the real me." Azazel smiled. "I'll use my time to have you three before moving on."

The door rang dozens of times, waking them both up. Kreo went down to open the door.

"Hey, son. Where's Aria?" Darla asked.

"Mum, it's 8am. Why are you, father and Karla here anyways?" Kreo asked.

"I have to know something," Darla answered her son. "Now move,"

"I'm up, I'm up." Azazel said as he came down the stairs.

"Hello, dear," Darla said with a smile. "What's the result?"

Kreo looked at her in disbelief.

"We have something to confess," Azazel said, standing next to Kreo.

Darla and Alexander looked at each other in confusion, wondering what they needed to confess.

"I'm..." Azazel trembled.

Everyone looked at him with curiosity.

"A guy."

Alexander looked at Kreo while Darla looked confused at this.

"I just made a deal with Kreo to go to the gala with him," Azazel said. "We're not actually a couple."

Darla looked at Kreo. "So..." she said with a hint of disappointment of not getting a daughter in law. "What's your real name?"

"Azazel Everlim." Azazel said.

As the truth sank in, Darla's expression softened with understanding. She looked at Kreo with a mixture of surprise and curiosity, then turned her attention back to Azazel.

"I see," she said, her disappointment fading as she processed the new information. "And Azazel Everlim... that's a strong name like your heart for revealing the truth."

Azazel nodded, grateful for her acceptance. Despite the confusion and surprise, Darla's response was far better than he had anticipated.

"Thank you, Mrs. James," he said, sincerity ringing in his voice. "For understanding."

Darla smiled warmly, her gaze softening with maternal affection. "You're welcome, Azazel. And please, call me Darla."

Alexander still had a disgusted look on his face before grabbing Kreo to the kitchen.

Shouting started, the only voice there was Alexander's and Kreo never fought back. Azazel didn't understand, why isn't he fighting back?

"We must leave now..." Darla said.
