The five boys stood at the airport, looking at every single person who passed by them, the cars, houses, and their surroundings.
"It's strange," Cavan broke the silence. "They seem so close but I feel so distant"
"Everything looks so different," Aidan added.
"Like an entirely different race. They seem to have different interests" Philip said.
"How on earth do I cope here?" Ennis said devastated.
"Stop with the poetry whatever, let's just close our eyes and inhale the sweet scent of freedom" Sam smiled, dramatically inhaling his freedom.
"What a beautiful way to start the new year"
"Welcome 2025. My year of new opportunities" Ennis said sarcastically.
"한국에 오신 것을 환영 합니다, (Welcome to Korea)" An attendant said to them smiling brightly.
"What?" Philip asked.
Cavan sighed and looked away.
"Huh, Hi... Do you speak English or do you understand English?" Aidan asked carefully.
"English?"
"Yes. Do you speak or understand it?"
"Yes." She smiled again. "What would you like to tell me, Sir?"
"Thank GOD" Ennis sighed relieved., While Cavan's face lit up with a ray of hope.
"Where can we get a cab to AP? Ap.. Huh, Apgujeong?"
"Apgujeong?"
"Yes, there" he smiled.
"Mr. Han" she called out to a young man in his 30's to help them out which he did in a very friendly gesture.
They got to the cab and sat in, relaxed. "They are friendly here," Sam said with a smile.
"Very welcoming too," Ennis said.
"They seem to indulge in fashion and modeling a lot. I like that" Cavan said calmly.
"I know, right? It's beautiful and neat. I love it"
"Plus, they have got pretty ladies here," Sam said.
"Be reasonable for once bro" Philip frowned.
"It's not my fault that you left Olivia without confessing to her" he sneered.
"It's called maturity. She's still so young"
"Or it's too early to be rejected?"
"Bro" Philip frowned.
"I feel Olivia likes him too though," Aidan said.
"Yes, as a friend" Ennis replied teasingly, Sam chuckled. "Once a friend, always a friend"
"My brother, my friend"
"Brother Phil"
"Shut up"
"His friend was being beaten, but he ran to wipe her tears. Did she tell you that she was lacking a handkerchief?"
"The day Lily was crying, he didn't go there. But before Olivia sniffed, my bro was there already acting in a soap opera"
