5. Words

It feels so good when you have someone to listen to your words.

I'm currently waiting for Jisoo Unnie to be free so that we can sit and chat for a while. She's busy going through some photos. Did I tell you all that my Jisoo Unnie is a wonderful model? She's a brand ambassador for Dior and has also modeled for many other famous brands. She's beautiful, pretty, amazing, gorgeous, and all the words that describe a goddess. I regret not understanding her before.

After a while.

Finally, unnie came

Jisoo:- What's the problem this time, Rosé?

Rosé:- Unnie, I wanted to let you know that I've been selected for a project.

(I hugged my Unnie while saying this)

Rosé(sad):- And for the project, I have to go to Busan.

Jisoo:- Oh! What's the problem with that then?

Rosé:- Don't pretend as you don't know it.

Jisoo:- Come on, Rosie. You said you moved on, didn't you?

Rosé (sighing):- Unnie, you know I never want to go back there again in my life. That place just reminds me of my past, and I don't like it.

Jisoo(raising her eyebrow):- Don't ignore my question. Answer me.

She perfectly knows why I ignored her question but still, she wants to hear it from me. Why?

Rosé(almost tears in eyes):- I did move on a little but you know it still hurts.

Jisoo(worried):- Don't be sad, Rosie. I will accompany you to Busan. I will always be there for you. Just hold on, look at my beautiful face, and be strong. Oppa is always with us.

I just smiled hearing that and kept my head on her lap and she caressed my hair.

Jisoo:- You want me to accompany you, don't you?

Rosé:- Of course, unnie.

Unnie pulled my cheek and caressed it.

Flashback

??:- Why aren't you inside the house Chae?

I turned around and saw him walking toward me as I sat on my balcony waiting for him.

He came in front of me, pulled my cheeks, looked into my eyes, saw my dried tears, and held my face in his hands.

"What happened, Chaeyoung? Did you cry this time, or is this just water, like you did last time?" he questioned me, showing his worry.

I got up and stood in front of him, then hugged him tightly as if my life depended on him.

After a few seconds, I felt him caressing my hair and said, ''Were you scared that I wouldn't return like the last time? If that's the reason, that will never happen. I will never leave my Chaeyoung alone in this cruel world. Even if I do, I'll always make sure that you have someone with you." I shook my head at the last sentence, looked up at his face, and said, " Oppa, you are never gonna leave. NEVER." He smiled at me and again hugged me tightly. Then, he took me inside my room and made me lie on the bed.

Sitting beside me, he said, "Chae, whenever you miss me, just come back here, to this house, and make yourself comfortable. You will always find me here, in our house." I nodded and replied, "Yoongi Oppa, I just love this place. You always come back here on you leave and that's only when I'm able to meet you. I cherish this place a lot. IT'S OUR HOME."

After our conversation, Oppa kissed my forehead and went to his room, wishing me good night.

Flashback end

Our home, the house that my dad built in Busan, is filled with beautiful memories of my papa, grandparents, and my Oppa. It was once a place where I wanted to live forever with the people I love.

Jisoo:- Chipmunk! Where are you lost? Are you listening to me?

She called me to return to reality.

Rosé:- Nothing unnie, just remembering Oppa.

Jisoo(fake anger):- Come on, Rosie. Isn't my beautiful face enough for you? Do you really have to bother Oppa by recalling him? Just look at me and listen. I'm always with you and will never leave you, even if death comes. U.N.D.E.R.S.T.O.O.D !?

I hugged her and said, "Of course, Unnie. Your face is more than enough for me. It's just that, you know..."She cut me off, saying, "Rosie, I'll come with you to Busan and never leave you alone. I won't even annoy you if you ask me to." She was acting like a kid.

Rosé:- But unnie, you know you have a boyfriend, right? Do you think he'll be sad if you leave him and come with me?

I just said that to tease her.

Jisoo:-Rosie, I'm trying to comfort you and you're teasing me. Why?

Rosé(trying to annoy):- Just tell me his name, and I'll stop bothering you. I'm sure my future brother-in-law won't like the idea of you being away from him.

Jisoo:- You'll know when you need to know. And I'm 100% sure my boyfriend won't have any problem with that...Now go to sleep.

With that, she shooed me out of her room. I heard her mumble something like, "He'll be more than happy if I come with you, stupid." I wanted to know why she said that, but then I just went inside my room and lay on my bed.

In my room

I lay on my bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking about my slight fear of going to Busan. It's obvious that he won't be staying there for still.

Flashback
I was happily enjoying my personal space when my demon entered and sat next to me.
Demon:- You were here all the time, and I thought that you had already left. (He said it while smirking for no reason)
I just gave him a side eye and kept my head on his shoulder, and he wrapped his arms around me.

I softly spoke, "You know, this place is my home. Not your arms, but this house. I love being here. It reminds me of all the beautiful memories I've had in my life with all the people I love. You will always find me here."

He caressed my head and said, "Oh, is it? I'll always be waiting for you here. We'll live here forever, as you love this place."

I just side-cuddled him.

"But tell me one thing, am I also counted among the people you love?" he asked.

I looked up at him and said, "Is that even a question?" (He nodded and I rolled my eyes)

"No, you are not counted among the people that I love, but you're counted somewhere else. A place where only two people have stayed, and you are the third one."

"I'm the third one? Am I in the top 3 of your list of enemies? Though that's nice," he said.

After hearing that, I pulled back and looked away. But then he pulled me back into his arms and tightly hugged me. I tried to get out of his arms when he said,

"My little Rose Devil, I'll never let you go out of my arms. You complete me."

Flashback end

"You were always among the people who had my heart, and I loved them unconditionally, but unfortunately, you have lost that position."
