Sebastian introduced himself to the prisoner that recently came through the vent (You) and soon turned on the room lights so you can see him and his monstrous body. It took a minute for your eyes to adjust to the light that just came on, but after a bit you saw how Sebastian looked and got frightened and backed away in fear. "What the hell are you?... Some type of creature" You said while looking like he was about to kill you, but he wasn't... He was just wanting to help. "Yes, I am a monster but I'm not going to do anything to hurt you. I promise on that, I am here to help you by taking the information you have and you can pick an item off my tail... Or if you need anything that's running out of juice, you can buy batteries on the table next to me." Sebastian said to you while pointing at his tail then the table, soon after pointing he cupped his hands together. You were suspicious of Sebastian but you decided to go with his word, you only had around 1000 pieces of data worth so you looked around at the price tags of everything and found a file that seemed very pricey but something that was valuable to Sebastian, so you decided to ask him about it.
"Hey Sebastian? What's this file here?" Sebastian soon looked over and saw the file, he sighed a bit and decided to be cocky about it because it was his file. "You don't have enough for that. If you must know it's my file, the Urbanshade group above makes files of each creature down here... Including ones that people usually don't die to." You looked at him with curiousity and pulled out the pieces of the data you had and gave it to him, to which he look flabbergasted but decided to allow you to take the file. You took the file and looked at it a bit before opening it and reading the contents inside of it.
\\Z-13 - Codename: "The Saboteur", real name: "Sebastian Solace", is to be KILLED ON SIGHT, no hesitation. Z-13 is incredibly dangerous caution is required if encountered.
Despite his size, Z-13 is incredibly nimble, allowing him to quickly out-manoeuvre and easily flank operatives. It should also be noted that Z-13 is currently in possession of our experimental portable SCRAMBLER, meaning that any and all CCTV, radios and other communications equipment will be rendered offline in a ██ by ██ stud radius of his presence.
Because of this, operatives will need to do a communications check with HQ every 5 minutes, to make sure that they aren't in range of the SCRAMBLER. In the event that HQ cannot be reached, operatives should go on high alert and be prepared for a possible ambush, whilst trying to check in as often as possible.
After faking an anaesthesia dosage, Z-13 pretended to succumb to the effects of the anaesthesia and then woke up during his unguarded transport. After killing Elite Guardsman ██████ and taking his high clearance keycard Z-13 started releasing any monster he could find from their containment cells, causing a site-wide lockdown.
Before Z-13 stole the experimental SCRAMBLER unit and re-configured it, CCTV captured Z-13 trading items he had stolen for assets that E-S expedition party members had found. It is currently unknown what exactly hes collecting research for, but encrypted radio broadcasts to Innovation Inc, Bloxtop, ██████████ , and Pinewood were intercepted. It is theorized that he is collecting confidential Urbanshade information in order to leverage a way out with a rival organisation. It is unknown if hes still trading with parties sent down, but it's very likely.
Sebastian was brought in as a LR-P in 2013, after he was found guilty of 9 counts of murder and was sentenced to death by electric chair. He was quickly swooped up by Urbanshade, a fake execution report was published, and Sebastian was officially declared dead.
In early 2015, Sebastian was selected to be part of experiment to give humans gills, using DNA strands from an anglerfish, █████████ , a seasnake and a blue whale. Whilst the experimentation was a success and Sebastian gained the ability to breathe underwater, the obvious visual and bodily side effects left much to be desired. The earliest periods of post-experimentation are the best times to reverse physical side effects, but it was not deemed necessary due to his LR-P rank. He has since been classified as Z-13, due to his new monstrous appearance. characteristics and abilities.
In late 2015, it was found that Sebastian did not in fact kill the 9 individuals he was accused of, and that an innocent man had been sentenced to death. It was decided that Sebastian would not be told of this development, and wouldn't be released back to the public either, due to him legally being declared dead. At this point, it wasn't possible to reverse the mutations either, as the window of opportunity for that had long since been shut. His rank was changed however to MR-P, allowing for better living conditions than before.
Whatever happens, Z-13 cannot be allowed to leave the Blacksite alive. If any operative is to encounter Z-13, they must stop whatever previous objective they had, and, as quoted by Mr. Shade himself: "Shred their mags until their trigger-fingers bleed."//
After reading the whole thing you were shocked at what and who he was, an innocent man who was wrongly sentenced to death. "You're an innocent guy... But why did you go through experimentation." You asked Sebastian which he had mixed feelings about the question, to which he answered your question. "It basically was because of my LP-R rank... Had the experimentations happen and... Yeah" he shyly explained to you before looking around the room, trying to avoid any more questions. "So... What's your name?" Sebastian said, it was obvious he was trying to have some small talk since you're the first in a while that he's talked to. You decided to answer this question of his, "The name is Y/N. It's nice to meet you Sebastian Solace." Sebastian slightly curved the corners of his lips upward to form a nice smile, then extended one of his 3 arms towards you for a handshake in which you took and shook his hand. Sebastian was grateful that you took his hand so willingly instead of being suspiciously taking the hand, to which he picked off a code breacher off of his tail and passed it to you. "For you, since you're being oh so nice to me even though I'm a... Monster." He said before returning his hands cupped all together.
You took the gift with confusion of what it does but it did look like a key card so you thought it worked as a key card, to which you just slid it into your pocket and said "Thank you" to Sebastian. Sebastian nodded before waving his hand and saying "This most likely will be your time to leave, must get the crystal so you can be free from Urbanshade.". You completely remembered that you had to get to the generator for the crystal to which you immediately went to the vent and waved back before leaving the ventilation duct.
