After Jay punched Mar it's like things moved in slow motion. Mar started doggin the fuck out of Jay, she was beating his ass, but I had to stop it. I grabbed Mar's arm and she turned and almost punched me, but I wasn't scared tho, mami taught me we all bleed the same blood and we all die someday. Till that day I'm livin.

When Mar saw it was me, her face softened and she stopped. Jay was barely conscious, but he still managed to look at me and laugh.

I pulled Mar into the closest bathroom and made her sit on the counter while washed the blood off her hands and cleaned her up. She had a cut below her eyebrow so I put some vaseline on it and a lil bandaid that I found in my purse. I was standing between her legs tryna make sure she was good when she pulled me closer.

I instantly walked out the bathroom. Was she ? She couldn't be.. Teia ain't like that. My bitch too with the shits and her mama too crazy. But I know I'm not that high, I wasn't just imagining the shit.. Does this mean I can come out to her ?

Teia followed me out the bathroom and tried to talk to me, but I just ran away and hopped in the car. I pulled away before she even had the chance to get all the way down the steps.. Perks of being a runner, I guess.

I pulled up to my trap about 15 minutes later and knocked with the secret knock. My potna Braids opened the door and I dapped him up.

Me and Braids finished the woods and I just sat there chillin for a minute, then I got up, dapped him up & left. I drove to me and Teia's favorite place as kids and told her to meet me there. 5 minutes later she pulled up and she looked like she was crying.

I couldn't even say anything, the tears just started coming. Mama Ramirez was the only mother figure I ever remember having.. I held Teia and we cried together.. I guess everything else is gonna have to wait.

I pulled Teia up and we got in my car. I told her I'ma have one of my workers pick her car up later. We drove and drove, poppin xan after xans smoking blunt after blunt.
