Stepping out of the infirmary, I pondered Will's words. Was his opinion of me genuine, or just a product of the aesthetic? I know I should be thinking more of the fact that he didn't remember anything, but his words just bounced around in my brain. Gods, he was going to kill me.

As I pondered over his words, a small thought came to mind. What did I think of Will? That was the real question. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go over the question as Leo approached me with Jason by his side.

'Hey Nico.' he said sheepishly. I folded my arms and said, 'Valdez? What was that?' 

'Nico, I swear, it wasn't us. Or maybe it was us. I really don't know, but I'm sorry.'

'You should be. You nearly destroyed half the castle!' 

'Again, not our fault.'

I sighed and asked 'How's Jason?' 

'He's good. One of the infirmary workers gave him some medicine and he should be be able to have a full recovery, though I doubt that his eardrums will ever work the same.'

'Yeah, that explosion was really loud. How's the Bunker 9?' 

'Well, the explosion did destroy half of our projects but other than that, we're good.' he said said smiling. The question still bounced around my head though. If it wasn't Leo and his siblings[ yes all of his siblings work in Bunker 9 and there are lot of them.] that caused the explosion, then who did? I'll figure that later. For now, I need to make sure Hazel is safe. 

'Thinking about your boyfriend?' Leo said with a dirty smirk on his face. 'Shut up, he's not my boyfriend!'

'Of course he isn't.' and then he winked! HE ACTUALLY WINKED!

'Well, at least I have a type. You fall for anyone. First, it was one of Lady Aphrodite's children last they visited and then it the traveller Calypso and now it's Jason.'

He blushed deeply at that. 'I don't like Jason and neither did like Drew, she's a witch and nor did I like Calypso. I just thought she looked pretty, that's all.'

'Riiiiiiiiight. Well, see you later.' I pushed past the blushing boy and went to look for Hazel. And I also had to look for Persephone to let her to let my father about this as he was out to escort the Ares family into the castle. As I made my way, I still couldn't get Will's words out of my head. I was pretty sure it was the aesthetic talking but what if he actually meant that? No, I couldn't focus on that, there was so many important things than that. And if this was a crush, then I would let it pass, besides there's no way he could ever like someone like me, we're opposites from opposite kingdoms who are currently trying to kill each other. Or at least trying to gain doimance. 

I can't let my feelings win. Last time it did, I paid a price worse than death. Push it deep down and no one would know, conceal, don't feel. Huh. I used to think that phrase was useless and meaningless. Just something to use in a film and nothing more. To be honest, as you grow older, you realise what those words mean and how dark Frozen really is.
