River and Bellamy's friendship gets tested as they get sent to Earth, along with one hundred other people.
Along the way they discover that friendship may not be the only thing keeping them close...

River had never experienced such quietness before in her life. Not a single sound in sight — only the noise of herself moving once in a while.
Octavia still hadn't returned. River was starting to worry she hadn't made it.
Just then, noises started coming closer — from outside the cave. River panicked and began pulling at her chains to try and free herself before the grounder returned. However, she didn't have time before two people appeared in front of her.
"Octavia!"
Octavia was fighting against the grounder as he tried to chain her to a wall, identical to River.
"No! No!" Octavia screamed.
"Don't touch her! Get away from her!" River's protests were ignored by the grounder when he locked the chains around Octavia's hands.
Octavia's entire body crumbled, small sobs escaped her mouth.
The grounder left the cave once again without saying a word.
"Tavi... it's going to be okay—"
"How, River?!" Octavia flipped out, meeting her eye. "How are we ever gonna get out of here?"
River's bottom lip trembled. She had no clue how they were gonna do it, but she wasn't gonna give up. She had people to fight for — Bellamy, Octavia. If they didn't get out, Bellamy would have no one — and there was no way in hell River was going to let that happen.

The search group found themselves under a tarp, to protect them from the fog. A horn had blown through the air, telling them that acid fog was coming. Yet... it seemed as if nothing was really coming.
Bellamy peered his head up through the tarp, gazing to see that there wasn't any acid fog lingering.
"How long are we supposed to wait?" Jasper asked Finn, quietly.
