i slowly blink awake, realising the cold emptiness of my bed and the lack of a certain boys appearance. i sit up slowly, rubbing my eyes and stretching slightly when my door opens and theo walks in with a heap of stuff in his arms, he looks at me after closing the door behind him, smiling softly. i watch him walk over to my desk and set down a black vase with red roses in it, then coming over to me and sitting next to me.

"you got me flowers?" i smile

"i did, do you like them?" he asks, smiling proudly

"they're beautiful, thank you" i lean over and kiss his cheek softly

"i got you something else too" he smiles nervously, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a box

i sit up a little more, taking the box from him and opening it to see a small silver band bracelet with a small star imprint on the front, my throat goes dry as i look at it.

"do you not like? i can exchange it" he says nervously

"no- no, thank you. i love it" i smile at him and slip it on, cuddling into him

"your welcome" he strokes my back softly as i place a soft kiss on his neck before settling back down into him again,"let me take you out today" 

"like... on a date?" i ask, looking up at him

"yeah" 

"okay, yeah" i nod, smiling to myself 

"better get up then, i wanna go soon" he smiles

i get up and shower, brush my teeth and straighten my hair before turning to theo,"what should i wear?"

"just casual, normal stuff you would wear" he says

i get dressed into black low waisted baggy jeans, a cropped black vest, theos black zip up hoodie that he left here the other day and some black trainers. i put on some rings and a necklace then go back over to theo who's laying on my bed 

"is this good?" i ask

he sits up in front of me on the edge of the bed and places his hands on my waist,"you look perfect bella" he smiles, wrapping a hand around my neck and pulling me down to kiss him. i move down to straddle him as we kiss before he pulls away,"is this my jumper?". i lean down and kiss him again, smiling before pulling away and standing up

"so, it's a bit of a weird one... but i found a petting zoo that's open today" he looks up at me waiting for a response

"your joking! i haven't been to one before" i smile

"me either, thought we could go check it out, they have a pet shop too" he smiles, standing up and looking down at me

we've been here for an hour already, looking at all of them animals as we get to the snakes when a small yellow and white one catches my eye,"oh look how cute theo" i say

he leans down to look at it as one of the workers come over,"do you wanna hold her?" the woman asks

"can i? please" i smile as the woman picks up the snake and places her in my hands,"she's beautiful"

"she is isn't she, she's an albino burmese python, when she's fully grown she can grow to over 20 feet in length and weigh around 200 pounds" she says

"that's cool" i smile, as the snake slithers up my arm

"we don't usually let guests hold her but she seems to like you" the woman smiles

"what's her name?" i ask

"she doesn't have one yet actually" she nods
