The reapers won this round, a somber loss," He announced, the people around him looked down showing grief and disbelief. After the meeting everyone left to prepare for the worse, one through stayed there with rage showing very clearly. Through she finally walked out, she never could have imagined the outcome between them and the reapers. But they did have a victory some months before, saving golden sands but the outpost will never be the same again. Didn't take her long to get to her ship, a remarkable brigittine, one that was infamous all around the seas. She didn't mind the infamous part of the name she had gotten, she enjoyed what she did; just to keep the seas safe from enemies. But for now she has to wait til she gets orders, ones that lilitu couldn't wait to get.

Few months later

"That was a horrible idea, to irritate them!," Galen yelled, as he and amber ran through the trees to get away from skeletons. Amber had the idea to tease a few skeletons, after they had gotten very bored because they had been doing nothing on the ship. "She's definitely gonna kill us after this!," Amber laughed as they kept running, their captain may kill them for teasing skeletons then getting chased by them. They reached the beach within a few minutes of the point they had started to run from. Galen loved doing this, he's never had much fun while they had to be on the ship and out on sea most of the time.
Lilitu was beginning to wonder where two of her crew went, when she had specifically told them to be back at a certain time. It didn't take long to see them come running around a corner, with a pack of skeletons following them. She was completely infuriated by this, why were they not fighting back but also why were they laughing? She rushed off the ship to save them, through they were definitely gonna have to explain all of it. Jasper sees her jump off the ship then sees why and nopes out of following. Things had been chaotic ever since their defeat a few months before, he started to notice a mood change in her. "She really needs to relax," he told himself, as he watched her yeet the skeletons into oblivion and yell at them. She was exhausted by the time she climbed aboard her ship, through she set course for sanctuary outpost.
The outpost was a bit lively with a galleon crew there, dancing around with some of the inhabitants. Maya watched as the group danced along with the music, never missing a beat throughout the time. This was rare to come by, a pirate crew dancing with the inhabitants of the outpost, most would come to sell their treasure then leave. "Come on, they want us to join them!," Hazel yelled for her, the rest were dancing but of course, her captain wasn't anywhere in sight. One left the dancing to go and get a drink, Through he was happy it wasn't a far walk as the tavern was right next to where the dancing is happening. He was tall, enough for him to almost hit the top of the doorway, but he usually was one that always stood out. He wasn't alone either, other than the mysterious stranger and tavern keeper; there was a women standing by the fire. He could tell that she was shorter than him, had long bright fire-looking hair but she looked tired, worse than any of the other people who joined the dancing shortly before. He wondered what her story was behind all the exhaustion came from, and why she was in her and not with her crew.He also noticed that she had two bracelets, a silver one and a bronze-gold one; he didn't know what they were or ment.  "Are you just gonna stand there and stare at me?," she called out, surprising him that she even knew he was there. He walked forwards with a bit of caution as he didn't know if to trust her or not. "I just saw that you were standing here, just was gonna come and get a drink?," he observed through he wondered if she felt threatened by him. Through she didn't seem like it, but the feeling around her seemed very tense. "Surprised, you don't mind me or my crew being here at the same time as your?," she asked, he wondered why she would say that, "No, don't know why you would say that?". She stared at the fire, wondering if this captain has heard of her before, she should be well known by now. It was very agitating that there could be captains or someone from a crew, that didn't know about her. "You haven't heard of me?," she growled at him, through he just didn't seem to take any of the aggression. He shook his head as he has never heard of this person before, he never paid attention to any books or people talking. "No, i haven't, not like theres much fuss about anything?," he noted a bit annoyed, she didn't look happy either. She started to wonder who he was and wander why he was such an annoyance, "Whats you name anyways?". Out of everything she wanted, she wanted to know his name; how it annoyed him more. "Its Raynell, captain of the Everlasting Destiny. Who are you?," Raynell replied, She did appreciate him replying with responding back, "Captain Lilitu, captain of the ill-fated ship, Phantom". Lilitu went back to looking at the fire, with raynell getting his drink and going back to the dancing before it ended.  She had to admit, that she has not seen him so he must have been new to the sea within the shroud. Time passed so fast that it seemed like everyone wouldn't stop dancing but one crew departed, leaving the crew of phantom to be the last to leave.
Something in the wind made her feel like it was a good time to hunt, she called for the crew to come back aboard. Lilitu wasn't gonna just sail around and look, she was gonna dive and hunt; which she did and was successful. The success of hunting got around fast, most crew were terrified as lilitu only liked to hunt skeleton ships but a normal brigitinne seemed out of normal. Captain raynell through wasn't fazed by this, he had seen worse but he was hunting for a treasure for quite some time, one that he wasn't gonna set aside for some dizzle dazzle. He was curious on why lilitu doesn't hunt for treasure, he had grown to be intrigued on how she hunts and prefers to stay hidden. He had finally found some books about her and her mysterious crew, one of which was a band of misfits. Through time for them seemed to matter, seemed like she liked to hunt at night rarely during the day highly odd. Raynell still haven't gone through the myths book and possible history of the brigittine, he wanted to figure why this ship was out of the ordinary. Something in the wind felt off, he just couldn't figure out what if it was sometype of warning or something ominous thats was gonna erupt.
"Ay! Give that back!," galen screamed at shadow, as she was running off with his jacket laughing. Chaos was brewing already, even through it had to been only a few minutes since they left port from Ancient Spire Outpost. Lilitu had no destination to head to, just sailing around the sea looking for any opportunity to grab onto. Bliss and maya were up at the bow talking about something that she couldn't hear from the wheel. The wind hadn't calmed down since it started, which was unusual as it usually only lasts a few hours to a day with the wind lasting more than that. Lilitu wondered how chaotic it was gonna get that day, the ship that had been battered through many sea battles but survived to keep sailing another day. There was no ship in sight, which was normal as she loved to sail away and stay hidden from the other prying eyed ships. Armathra watched as galen and hazel danced to each beat of the instruments of music kept on playing throughout the cold dull nightsky. It was more relaxing to be on here than with the Dark Brethren at times, she had a strong friendship with lilitu even if they are on different side, different fractions. She heard purring from behind her, it was cinder when she turned to see which cat it was. Armathra loved this cat, even when he sometimes stared at others in a creepy ways, usually scaring them away. "Things that were thrown at us, never separated us," someone spoke, she already knew who it was, "shouldn't you be steering the ship out of danger?". Lilitu gave her a laughable glare but chuckled, she was a bit shorter than armartha but she thinks she a bit more shorter than that. She still looked tired as usual as she likes to stay up late in the night or sometimes stays up the whole time.
The sea had turned rough and more murky and dark as they reached the roar, one place that some would need to be able to pay more attention to. The roaring of the volcanoes nearby were distant but still loud for being that far. Lilitu was steering the ship towards Marrows Peak Outpost, to see if grace had anything for her to do. Screech can from her left, it was her bird stardust being her usual loud self and deciding to get frustrated with cinder again. The outpost had its somewhat even dock with the shipwright and merchant alliance workers doing their job but lilitu sometimes anchors the ship in an awkward position. Hazel wondered why they were stopping here and not just sailing around the sea away from the isles. The darkness of the sand and the nearby volcano gave the outpost a distressful feel, not only that but also the island itself gave a eerie vibe to it at any time of the day. She felt hesitant to step on the island, but she needed something to do or she would get bored. The inhabitants just looked at her with uninviting and distrustful looks as if she were an enemy walking on their territory. She didn't mind all this angst, she always looked forward than at them through she had anger deep inside.
"Hate this island, the looming volcano and the odd looks of the people here are just creepy!?," Shadow exclaimed as she and bliss ran behind the tavern in a little rocky canyon, which was not really a cannon but bliss called it that. They had gone here to get away from the other especially from the traitorous looks of the inhabitants. The rocks were a perfect spots to lean against or to rub an itch with, but the sand was the right warmth to sleep on. "Only reason i like about this island is the warmth of the sand," bliss insisted as she sat down followed by shadow doing the same thing. Through it seems someone had followed them as footsteps could be heard coming but they seem to be soft and wary. Shadow was being a bit skeptical of them being followed, it could just be someone else from the crew or maybe an inhaitant accidentally walking apon them or the area. Bliss wasn't really sure on who it could be, she kept wondering if it was a different person from different ship or possibly it could be jasper walking around like he sometimes does. It would turn out bliss was right as someone walked out from the eastern path, one that they had a feeling that they had seen before. The man was tall, taller than their captain, through they didn't know what they were wearing couldn't tell if it was more seadog or normal captains coat. They also had a bit of a beard, all they couldn't figure out was his hair color, it was a bit lightish-brown or some blonde color they just found him weird. "We should be careful, i think theres another crew, and i think it might be the crew of phantom?," another person whispered while they were walking up to the other one. The other one just stared at him in displeased at them, he didn't seem threatened by anything either, "you think i'm afraid of her, shes just like the other ones, others think are scary and shouldn't be avoided?". Shadow and bliss stayed hidden trying to figure out why they would say that, their captain is not one to mess with.
The wind stopped, so did the birds something was off, she could tell that something was not right. Lilitu looked around the area, but she didn't see anyone that was not her crew, then she know there was another crew around. Her dog was growling towards the back of the tavern, there was a path or area there she knew of but she had almost forgotten that it does have a way to a beach. Lilitu wasn't gonna let a crew sneak around with her around, she whispered to her dog, "go fetch the captain for me, drag him if you need to".
Raynell had told his crew to quickly get supplies so they could leave before lilitu realized they were there at the outpost.  He stayed hidden in the little crevasse as he was thinking that it was, through he wondered how much longer he could stay hidden. He heard what was running but it sounded sprinting of steps, but it didn't sound like a person but of an animal. Raynell then saw a dog coming to a slow walk, sniffing around in which he was guessing the dog was looking for him. He doucked quickly hoping the dog didn't hear him, he was not lucky, it had ran to his position and growled. Footsteps, very quiet footsteps he could hear which gave him chills, he had overstayed and was noticed. "Raynell, why do you think its a good idea to try and secretly get supplies without me noticing?," voice called out, out of everyone it had to be her he thought to himself. He didn't dare to move, her footsteps got closer and closer as he stayed quiet til she did see him crouching behind a rock. She was puzzled by why he was hiding behind a rock, she then had to ask, " why are you hiding behind a rock and why did you npot just dock next to my ship?".  Raynell was surprised that she did not try to kill him but instead asked him a question, "I didn't think you'd want to see me because of last time we met?" he replied. They parted ways and went on their business, with raynell also carefully leaving as lilitu never told her crew that there was another crew on the isand with them before she also left the island.
The sea was rough as usually but still peaceful to sail across as the days went onto weeks. She stayed her coarse of sailing around, rarely stopping and stepping on land to only get treasure to sell for more coins. Lilitu enjoyed it all as she sailed with her faithful crew, who never dare or would mutiny against her even through the last rough months of not being able to do anything dumb. Her bird came flying back with a paper in her claws, dopped it in her hands now she wondered what it was about. Reading it through had caused her to change coarse to Golden Sands to talk with an old friend that she rarely talks to.
