I left the party with the two things I have always wanted. Michael's number and a take out box full of food. I'm not trying to cheat although I never wanted to marry Ashton, but Michael is a nice friend. When I open the front door, I notice Ashton isn't home, phew. I'm super tired so I walk up to the bedroom and take off my heels. I want to take a nap but Michael's phone number hasn't een put into my phone yet. I add him as a contact and send him a message before walking into the bathroom.
The bathroom mirror is fogged up and I just got out of the showeer when I hear my phone chime. I quickly get dressed into shorts and a shirt and look at my sreen. It's a message from Michael. I quickly respond and all of the sudden hear the front door open, Ashton's home. I quicky message Michael "I gotta go, I'll message you later!"   Then I hear Ashton walking up the stairs. I don't know what to do so I just sit there, sleepily. "What are you doing?" Ashton asks, confused. "Nothing."I roll my eyes, I mean I'm not actually doing anything so I guess that counts as an answer. "Boring but okay." Ashton replies. I have never heard him talk this freely, it's strange. "And where have you been?" We ask at the same time. "I was at a party, I told you before I left." I respond, I told him before I left, weird. "Oh right, sorry." He nods, walking into the bathroom. "Where were you?" I ask, sitting up. "I was at the bar, some of my family friends were in town." Okay, cool. "That sounds.. fun?" I respond. I didn't really ask him if it was fun, but whatever. "Dean Nosovic was there, Don't you know him?" Ashton turns to look at me. "No, I know his brother, Michael." I respond. "Oh nice, they're nice people." He adds. Yeah, nice people.
