It's 2:20 when we finish getting ready so now I'm in Tara's room brading her hair. "Who is coming to the beach?" I ask Tara "Sam, Colby, Jake, Johnny, Jarad, Alyssa, Madi, Matt, Nick, Chris, and Zach" tara response as I finish brading her hair "Wow that's a lot of people...13 people all together" "Yeah...but it will be worth it there our friends" Tara says "Well I don't know Zach, Jared, or Alyssa...but I'm excited to meet them" I tell her "It's 2:30 we should go" Tara says happily "Yay 😁....are we taking my car?" I ask "Sure" Tara answers and we grab our bags that have sunscreen and snacks then go to the beach
~~~time skip to the beach~~~ "Yay were here" we say at the same time which makes you both laugh As you get out of the car and grab your bags a car pulls up next to you and they get out. Tara recognizes them and goes up to them so you follow her. "Hi guys!!" Tara says with a smile and hugs them "Hi" they respond "Lilly this is Zach, Jarad, and Alyssa" she introduced is "Hi" I go up to them and hug them because I love hugs "Hi I'm Zach" he says and hugs me back. I smile and hug the next person "Hi" I say "Hi I'm Alyssa" she says sweetly I smile at her and hug the next person "Hi" I say "Hi I'm Jarad" he says and smiles a big beautiful smile and I smile back I step away from them and say "I think we are the first ones here so we can pick where we sit" I say smiling "Yeah let's go" Tara says smiling too "Ok I'm gonna grab my water bottle out of the car you guys go and I'll catch up with you" I tell them and they go but Zach stays "So your Lilly Tara's older sister" Zach says "Yup that's me and your Zach right?" I ask him "Yeah....since your Tara's sister is your last name Thompson?" He asks "Yeah...why?" I ask "I have a nickname for you" he says smiling "What is it?" I ask "Lil T" he answers and I laugh a little "Wow ok" I say smiling and I grab my water bottle out of the car "Let's go to the beach" I say and grab his arm and run to the beach We make it to the sand and I call Tara and ask her where she is since I can't find her ~~~phone call~~~ "Hay Tara where are you?" I ask "Hay Lilly I'll just come to you and bring you to where we are" she says "Ok I'm at the main entrance" I tell her "Ok everyone is here so we are just waiting on you... Do you know where Zach is? She asks "Do I know where Zach is" I say so Zach can here and we both smile "Do you?" She asks again "Yeah he's with me" I say "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh" Tara says in a teasing tone "Tara shut up" I say and blush "I see you Tara. Were coming" I tell her "By" she says "By" I respond and hang up
~~~irl~~~ Me and Zach go up to Tara and I am still holding on to his arm "Hayyyyyyyyy" I say "Hayyyyyyyyy love birds " tara says macking me and Zach blush "Tara shut up" me a Zach both say in unison Tara laughs "Let's go to the group" Tara says. we get to the group and beach volleyball is set up "Hi everyone" I say happy to see everyone. Everyone looks at me and says hi. Sam and Colby come up to me and Zach. Me and Zach are still holding hands and we haven't realized yet. "Hi" I say and let go of Zach hand to hug them... And when I realized that we were holding hands I blushed a little "Hi" they both respond
~~~Zachs pov~~~ When Lilly let go of my hand to hug the boys I felt an emptiness in my hand when I realized we were holding hand it made blush "Zach have you met them yet?" Lilly asked me "Nope Lil T there the only people here I don't know." I answer honestly and I see Lilly blush at the nickname and it makes me smile "Well this is Sam and this is Colby." She says pointing at them "Hi guys I'm Zach " I say to them "Hay Zach" they respond "Are you and Lilly dating?" Colby asks and it makes me and Lilly blush heavily "No why would you think that?" I ask blushing "Because you guys were holding hands on the way over here and you gave her a nickname." They say and now it's clear that they are teasing us "We're not" Lilly says smiling "Well by guys" they say and go play volleyball "By" me and Lilly say
~~~Lilly's pov~~~ "Do you wanna put sunscreen on them go swim? I ask Zach "Sure" he answers. We are still lightly blushing when he answers. I put sunscreen on my stomach, chest and legs but then I realized that I can't reach my back and everyone except for me and Zach are playing beach volleyball so I have no other choice than to ask him "Zach can you put sunscreen on my back?" I ask him "Only if you can get my back Lil T" he says "Ok" I smile and agree. We put sunscreen on each others backs "Race you to the water" I say and start to run "What that's unfair you started first" he says running after me. He caught up to me and picked me up over the solder

"Zach pit me down!" I tell him "Nope" he says and continues to go to the water "ZACH" I say. Once he is about thigh deep he throws he in the water. I swim underwater and grab his ankles then pull him down so now we are both under water. We both go to the surface of the water and catch our breath then splash each other laughing. It's about 6:00 and everyone starts coming in the water "Hi guys" Me and Zach say "Hi" they say back "Hi Lilly" Madi says swimming up to me "Hi Madi" I say and hug her

We all talk for like 2 hours then the sun starts to set so we go back to the sand To each the sun set. When we get up there I put my jean shorts back on and regret not bringing a hoodie with me and I start to shiver. Zach notices and he goes to his car and grabs a hoodie then comes back "Here lil T" he says giving me the jacket wile sitting down next to me I blush at the nickname again and take the jacket and put it on...it smells like him "Thank you" I say and smile "Your welcome" he responds and we watch the sunset. After a few minutes I rest my head on his shoulder and he rest his head on my head. It's now 10:00 and the sun has set so everyone is going home. "By everyone" I say and hug everyone "By" they all say. I hug Zach last on purpose so I can hug him for a while "So I have a podcast called dropouts podcast and I was wondering if you wanted to be on it?" Zach asked me "Sure, do you want my number so you can text me about it?" I ask "Sure"he says and I give him my number and we walk to our cars since we parked next to each other and we have people waiting for us "By" I say one last time hugging him "By lil T" he says and kisses my forehead. I start to blush so I smile at him and go to my car and prepare for Tara to tease me
