The queen decides to take the prince on a wyvern, and she can take him flying over Terrasen. They pass over rivers, mountains, and valleys, seeing the beauty of the kingdom. The wyverns spot their prey from the sky and dive down as quick as lightning to hunt their food. As they ride further out, the queen and the prince tell each other about their lives better, the prince tells her all about living in the glass palace in Rifthold and how lessons of being a prince are so invigorating which makes her smile and she begins telling him about her life and at a very young age Arobynn Hamel had rescued her as Terrasen was being destroyed. She could remember all the things that had happened that day when she had nearly drowned as Arobynn had pulled her out of the murky depths but she had never enjoyed thinking back to that day. She decided to tell him of how the Wyverns once lived in Adarlan before the king started to vanquish them, how they once flew freely and even came all the way here to Terrasen at times.
