HAHH... HAH... HAHH...
Jami ran and panted, the wind was whipping past her as her breath grew more and more slow. Her heart pounded like a drum in her chest, each beating thundering in her ears as she struggled to maintain her pace.
She ran around corners and passed through small groups of people, her footsteps echoing loudly in the cramped spaces.
Finally, she reached her destination the school gym.
She saw Maya being cornered by a group of people that is messing with her, they were giggling to each other while Maya was quiet, trembling.
"Hey." Jami called out to them, she tyen approach them with her hands on her pocket and her chest rise and fall uncontrollably.
"Leave her alone, now." She threatened them, as she approach them closer and closer.
"Geez. We're just playing, why do you have to ruin the mood!" The tallest one replied, a hint of sarcasm can be heard in his voice. Tch. Bunch of asshole. Jami thought and gave them a shot glare, scared they left immediately.
