Priscilla sat comfortably in the living room with Eric, who had invited her over for spaghetti after she confided that she didn't really fancy attending the party. They'd grown close since she helped patch up his ankle, and she found his company comforting.

The scene felt surprisingly normal. They were engrossed in a movie while Aaron bustled in the kitchen, cooking up a storm. For a moment, it was easy to forget the chaos outside, as if the apocalypse was just a distant memory.

Eric drew out the word, "Sooo," catching Priscilla's attention. "Any particular reason you didn't wanna go to the party?" he asked with a playful glint in his eye. Priscilla laughed, knowing he enjoyed a bit of drama and gossip.

She shrugged lightly, "I'm not staying here," she said, and Eric nodded in understanding. "Didn't want to get too comfortable," she added, watching as he rolled his eyes dramatically.

Eric laughed, "I was hoping for a bit of drama." Priscilla jokingly groaned, making him chuckle even more. "Maybe someone you didn't want to bump into?" he asked, leaning in with a curious expression.

Priscilla thought about it for a moment. She hadn't seen much of Rick since they slept together, but it hadn't been awkward. Instead, it was more giddy than anything else. Whenever they made eye contact, they both shared a knowing, happy smile. The thought made her smile, which didn't go unnoticed by Eric.

"I knew it!" he exclaimed, leaning in even closer. Priscilla laughed and shook her head vigorously.

"I knew you got laid!" he teased, making her eyes widen in surprise. She let out a loud giggle, covering her face with her hands as Eric continued to laugh, clearly enjoying his correct guess.

"Eric!" she exclaimed, her voice muffled behind her hands. He just grinned at her, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

"Hey, no need to be shy about it," he said with a wink. "Good for you, Pris."

"Shut up!" she exclaimed, playfully smacking Eric as he laughed even louder.

"You have that glow about you!" he insisted, dodging her next playful hit. Their laughter was interrupted by the sound of the front door closing and the approach of two pairs of footsteps.

Priscilla's eyes widened in shock as Daryl and Aaron appeared in the doorway.

"Ladies, supper is served," Aaron announced with a grin, ushering them toward the kitchen.

Priscilla and Daryl exchanged a confused glance. As his eyes dropped from her face to her neck, her heart skipped a beat. Panic set in, and she quickly turned on her heel, hurrying into the kitchen to avoid his scrutinizing gaze.
