Eugeo went back at Wilhelm, sword in hand and unleashed an onslaught of slashes that the older man easily blocks. It's been three days since his training began and he was steadily improving. The foundation Evan helped him lay was being built upon right now, Wilhelm pushed him to the edge of his limits and  beyond while helping him to refine his swordsmanship. He truly was a blank canvas, and was finding his stride as a warrior. He truly possessed a well of talent that just needed to be tapped into, and he had the drive and determination to bring it out. That potential was the main thing carrying him despite the fact he was incredibly green, it was very reminiscent of his days in Hera Familia where one of his duties was to train the new members.

Sitting on the patio and watching them train was Evan, Juno and Nike. They'd been training all morning and had picked up again after lunch, Evan was a part of the morning training but now Eugeo would be on his own for the rest of the day. Juno sat on a couch by herself while Evan and Nike sat on the other couch facing the backyard, the human rested his head on the goddess's lap as he watched them train, "It's really taking shape. His techniques and fighting sense improves every time her crosses blades with Wilhelm."

"Our Eugeo is a talented boy, and I'm really liking his dedication. Whenever he trains, he pushes past his limits."

"Wilhelm has a way of forcing you to do that until it becomes natural. Hard to believe he's this good in only three days of training."

"Well you did help him lay a solid foundation as a swordsman."

"Still though, I'm impressed. At this rate Eugeo could become an adequate training partner for me."

"I'd like that, but not as much you probably." Nike playfully said.

"Of course Goddess, think about all the limits we can push past together!"

"Iron will always sharpen iron." Juno commented from her seat, "By the way Andreas, what do you think you're doing?"

"Resting my head." Though he replied with a smile, there was slight concern in his voice.

"Does that have to be in Nike's lap?"

"Why not? Her thighs are very soft and supple!" This response earned him a stern look from his mother, silently telling him to get up.

He averted her gaze as he rested on Nike's thigh, the goddess played with his hair to soothe him before turning to Juno. "It's fine, Lady Juno, I don't mind. And besides, Evan's been working so hard, it's nice that I can help him relax."

"Yeah Mother."

"Oh shut up!"

The sound of an unusual clang caught the attention of everyone, the top half of a blade was pierced into the ground near them. The training paused from Eugeo's sword breaking, he looked at his now useless blade with disappointment. "Aw man! My sword broke."

"Figured as much." Evan said with a sly smile, knowing Eugeo didn't do any maintenance on his sword. It already wasn't that high quality and it only got more banged up as he trained with Wilhelm.

"I knew this would happen sooner or later." Nike added, noting the same things Evan did about Eugeo and how he cared for his sword.

"What do you mean?" Eugeo questioned with a confused expression.

"They mean; you should take this as a learning experience, Master Eugeo."

He looked the other man in the eyes, "Can you please tell me what I'm supposed to be learning?"

"To take proper care of your weapons. That is also an important aspect of being a warrior."

Evan interjected, "We all noticed your sword getting banged up and you not noticing or doing any maintenance on it. Always remember this Eugeo, if your weapon breaks mid battle you're basically dead."
