Mira's karma house

part-1 (start of a friendship)

I once admired a girl really very much as she seemed perfect. She had everything wrapped around her fingers. Everything including the teachers of the school or the students. She was good at everything along with coming from a rich background. It seemed like a fairytale as she was also friendly with everyone. But she didn't talk to me much. I was quite sad. But when we did talk and got along, I discovered the hard truth I shouldn't have."

Her name is Mira. She isn't popular but somewhat loved by the class and an average student. She always wanted to get along with Lucia who always did perfect in everything along with a pretty face and talent. Her dreams might have just came true

Mira was walking towards her class from the library while carrying lots of books. Suddenly she tripped on something and fell.
"I'm so sorry...I didn't notice you, Mira". Lucia apologized as Mira tripped on her foot. "It's okay..Lucia". Mira said while picking her books"
Lucia helped her carry the books. "Thank you so much!". Mira said. "It's okay, Mira. I hope you don't mind." Lucia said while smiling. "Of course I don't! You're really sweet" Mira says. "I'm blushing aww". Lucia chuckled. It was the start of their friendship and Mira was happier than ever about this.
During their extra classes today, Mrs smith kept giving her attention to Lucia and gave her most of the responsibility. Mira seemed off about it cause Mrs Smith was ignoring her and paying attention to Lucia while she is Mira's favorite teacher.
"Who will answer this question?". Mrs Smith asked. Mira raised her hand with a bright smile. But Mrs smith's gaze only went to Lucia's table. Mira didn't say much and brushed it off. But it started to happen constantly as even during group presentations Lucia gets all the compliments and Mira's group doesn't even get any appreciation. It has been happening for a month and she is really upset.
Mira:- why does Luci always get special treatment? (She says while looking away in pain)
Amara:- I know she's your favorite and mine too. But nowadays she is cold to us but kind to Lucia and her presentation group.
Tanya:- It hurts me inside too. Why does she have to get special care and we don't?
Kaylee:- Mrs. Smith has been acting differently ever since she met lucia! (Says in a lower voice)
Mira:- What? It can't be right? I...do have to agree with you..
They didn't know what to do in this situation as it was really hard and they felt sad. They always tried their best to prove their talent but Mrs smith never appreciated anything rather than ignoring them

They had nothing to do but put up with it till the end.

It was their last exam of the year. Then they would be in 7th grade.
Even during the exams they felt Mrs smith's neglect and ignorance but it was the end.

Mira:- This year is over..It wasn't the perfect year. but I'm still grateful for everything.
Kaylee:- I'm happy too. I will miss our class but I hope we have a great year ahead.
Tanya:- I'm sure we will. A great start, it will be.

The next year started and Mrs Mega was their new class teacher. It wasn't too good but they put up with her. And Lucia became class president as everyone rotted for her.

Mira:- Congratulations Luci.
Lucia:- Thanks Mie. A nickname for my cutie!
Mira:- I've officially melted. (Laughs)
Amara:- Come! We have some work to do Mira.
Mira:- oh, I gotta go!
Lucia:- See you.. around.

"What was that tone while talking to her?" Amara asked furiously.
"Nothing. Just trying to be friendly with people I guess.." mira said innocently. "Fine! Do whatever you want" Amara said while whining at her.  Then Kaylee entered. "Bad news guys" she said.  They asked what was wrong as they were confused.

Kaylee:- As we have special and extra classes. Mrs smith will take them in the English ones...
Mira:- That's amazing. I miss her although I was treated like trash.
Amara:- Same..but let's hope she changes this year.
Kaylee:- Also we have a new teacher for math.
Tanya:- Heyy! Who's it!
Kaylee:- Mr. Robert Kennedy.
Mira:- I hope he teaches well! (Chuckles).
