A Friend in Nightmares

Chapter 2

After Rain had woken up she went about her day as usual like always chores,dance,eat then back to bed after she fell asleep she woke up this time in a forest full of mushrooms. Confused she ran around for a bit to see if she could find anyone there was no one.......Rain ran to a nearby stream she saw fish so I guess there was some life all of a sudden she was tackled by something she smiled a bit knowing exactly who it was but when she saw the person he smile faded it locked to be a girl her age but it had bunny ears and a tail she was wearing a outfit that you would see a gardener wear. The Rabbit girl pulled Rain up and started questioning this "Who are you? Why are you here? And how did you get past the fence!?" The bunny girl looked irritated but a little bit of surprise was on her face Rain just said the first thing that came to mind "I'm looking for Macey" the bunny girl didn't look to happy at the name but she sighed "you mean the cat?" Rain nodded and soon the rabbit had grabbed her hand and started to walk her through the forest "The names Jay. And you are?" Rain looked at Jay and smiled "Rain." Jay seemed to stop in her tracks looking at Rain surprised like she had just killed someone "Your Rain?!" Rain nodded apparently Rain's name had spread throughout this imaginary world she dosent know if Macey did it or Ruffles. Jay said that her kids told her. "Kids?" Rain was surprised a bit the girl looked her age "how old are you" Rain asked Jay confused "134 why how old are you?" Rain jumped at the number but soon gained herself after remembering this is still a dream "14" Jay seemed to laugh a bit probably because she was considered a baby to her after Jay stopped laughing they both began walking after getting to a camp Rain watched a bunch of people just like Jay came out of the cave some looked to be really little others were her size and bigger Jay introduced them "Rain I'd like you to meet my kids "Opal,Akira,Trish,quin,and scruffy" Rain nodded as they nodded back at her it was getting dark so Jay let Rain stay the night when Rain woke up she had all four kids laying on her while Jay was making food. After a few minutes Rain had successfully gotten out from underneath the pile and went up to Jay "let us eat first then I will take you to your destination. And so they did they all ate and Jay and Rain went off once they had gotten to a big fence Jay opened the door "I can't come with but I can give directions......just stay on the path knowing that cat she'll find you before you find her" Rain nodded and went off after getting half way on the trail she woke up again........ Rain was a bit upset that she didn't get to see Macey but she was happy to meet someone new through out the next day it seemed like it was so long Rain had gotten a desk so she could start to do work and draw there Rain drew for a few hours mostly drawing the people she met off of memory she had drawn Macey,Ruffles and Jay she had not gotten to Jay's kids yet but she would eventually! Looking at the time Rain then went to bed hopeing to meet Macey this time.........
