Chapter-35

Jimin: "You came early today, but why are you alone? Where's your woman?" When Jimin arrived at the office, he found Taehyung in the cabin working, as he always comes after Jimin, but his early arrival, especially without you, led him to frown and question.

Taehyung: "Hmm, she didn't come, she's resting at home." Taehyung responded without looking. He had prepared and left breakfast and lunch for you while you were sleeping. Jimin sensed the bitterness in his tone of speaking and knew that something had happened between you two.

Jimin: "What's wrong? Now what problem has taken birth in your life, or have you caused  it?" He questioned jokingly, but Taehyung gave him a hard look that made him stop chuckling as he sensed the seriousness between them.

Jimin: "Everything okay? And Y/N? Is she okay?" Now Jimin showed concern, assuming what he could, and on top of that, you were pregnant too, so he was concerned for you.

Taehyung: "Jimin, can you please shut up and instead of investigating, go and do your work quietly for which you are here and let me work too?" Taehyung, furious, spoke and moved Jimin's hand away from his shoulder.

Jimin: "Okay, don't tell me, I will directly ask Y/N." He said that he took out his mobile phone from his pocket as he searched for your name to call you directly, as he wasn't in the mood of telling him anything.

Taehyung: "We fought again last night." Just when he was about to click on your number, Taehyung spoke, making him halt as he turned to him, scowling, "Again? But why?" He dragged his moving chair and sat on it.

Taehyung: "She had asked her mother for the bank passbook, and she wants to use her father's money in our business, even though I strictly forbidden her to ever do that. I tried to make her understand, but still she was arguing and insisting on using the money." He told her and sighed again, looking at the screen of the laptop.

Jimin: "So what's the problem with it? She is doing it for you and our business. You should be happy that our business will grow. It will benefit—" Jimin spoke in favour of you, which caused Taehyung to get angry at him as well. 

Taehyung: "Seriously, Jimin? You know everything, but are you still taking her side? Do you know what accusations his father made against me? Do you have any idea  what I felt when he called Gold Digger and said, I'm behind her because of their money?" He angrily questioned to Jimin, who couldn't reply.

Taehyung: "His parents disowned her own daughter but gave—no, instead threw harshly the papers of her share of the properties on our faces, considering me a beggar. Do you know how and what I felt when they said so many absurd things about my love?"

Taehyung: "For their belief, I can't afford her luxurious expenses like them, and I wanted to prove those accusations wrong, but yesterday she proved them all true. She has broken my self-esteem and pride, which were all I had. She proved to them that I could not fulfil her needs and wishes. She proved to them that I loved her only for his father's money."

Taehyung expressed himself in rage, saying that Jimin can only imagine but can never feel what Taehyung has been feeling due to this. Jimin had to gulp, feeling his throat dry and unable to speak.

Taehyung: "Jimin, she is regretting marrying me. She is regretting that she couldn't marry a rich businessman. And now I feel that too. I have made a big mistake. I made the mistake of falling in love with her. I should have backed off at the very moment when I found out that she was the daughter of a rich father, and we may not have any future." He recalled the moment as his heart ached. 

Jimin: "Taehyung, that's not true—" He tried to speak but was again cut off by Taehyung. "It is true, Jimin. It's true. Yesterday, Y/N made me feel like that." He said that and sighed, looking down.
