chapter 7

POV:Aurora Brown

I arrived safely at my apartment. I parked my car at the parking lot as I headed towards the elevator, I got in and the elevator went up. The elevator came to a stop and I got out. I took out my apartment keys as I reached out to the door and opened it. I kicked my heels off as I was so tired. At least tomorrow its Saturday, meaning that I'm not going to work. I placed my bag on the couch as I went to the kitchen to prepare dinner. I took out spaghetti since its was the simplest thing to cook. After 1 hour, I dished up for myself as I went over the couch and sat down. I watched a romance movie "My fault" . I'm a fan of romance movies you know .

I was done eating when I stood up and went over the kitchen to wash my dishes.i finished washing them and I went to my bedroom to take a shower. Surely today was a long day and i needed a long bath and to relax too. After what happened with my boss. He was acting strange after I saw him with Laila almost making out in his office. I never thought that he would sleep around with his employees. I stripped off my clothes as I hopped inside the bathtub. I did my bathing and came out of the bathroom after 1 hour as a towel was wrapped around my body. I lotioned  my self and slipped in my pyjamas. I went over the sitting area. I sat down on the couch as I was about to watch tv , my phone rang inside of my bag.

I took it out and looked at caller ID and my smile crept as its was Sophia.  I answered it and heard her say "The Dark Aura. How was work today." I smiled and answered saying "Its was a long tiring day. You won't believe that my boss called me a slut. I accidentally slipped coffee on him but I didn't know its was him". I heard her curse "That motherfucker need to be taught a lesson. Who does he think he is. He dared to call you a slut. " . I heard her yell angrily. "Calm down bitch but he apologized and he even offered me a ride home as he thought I needed a ride. But let's forget about me and tell me how was ur day at work".

Sophia said , " My day was great until I met this handsome guy here at the restaurant with grayish eyes , fine jaw with soft lips and styled jelled hair. And he looks so hot. " . I was thinking if that person was Liam because the description was the same but nah. But what if its was him. " hello" I heard sophia say over the phone as I was lost in my own thoughts. "I'm here don't worry". We talked for long hours until we both decided to sleep. We told each other goodnight and drove off to sleep.
