Days casually passed like nothing. Prisha's cousin Yash got married too but Ryan and his family didn't join them giving a reason something like an important business meeting, this somehow wasn't going well with Prisha but she let it out like that only, feeling not to invade his life as there are many important works to do than attending a wedding. And also, more or less, he went to the cocktail party with her, and that was enough for her to convince herself. The morning had just passed a few hours when the horn of the car resonated in front of Prisha's house. She peeped out of her balcony only to find Ryan and his family approaching the main gate of her house.
Her eyes got wide and she immediately rushed inside her room to get ready for this surprise meeting.
*******
Prisha was standing in front of her dressing, trying to wear her earrings but it didn't seem an easy task to her. "I am already getting late. He and his parents had seated themselves downstairs, and here I am struggling to wear this damn earring." She chided under her breath.
"Can I do some help?" A sudden voice made its way to her ears, making her turn around at the place.
Her eyes got wide as she saw a person standing in front of her, none other than Ryan himself. "R...Ryan youuu?!" She managed to speak somehow. Only she knows how tough it is for her to even utter his name nowadays.
She doesn't know what is happening to her, why such nervousness is building inside her despite the fact that she wanted to be more comfortable around him after the incident that night. But no! As the days of staying with him and his family are approaching, her condition is getting vulnerable.
"So whom did you supposed to be here?" Ryan smirked a little and asked in a slightly heavier tone because, more or less, he had begun to enjoy seeing her nervous and shy around him. It made him feel proud that he had some power to affect her that much.
"Ummm..." She was already nervous, and there he was, making her more nervous by asking such questions. She didn't know how to reply to him.
"Tell me Prisha. Whom did you think would be here other than me?" His voice was getting heavier with each passing second.
"Tell me Prisha. Can any other man come into your bedroom without your permission? Huhhh...?" He slowly began to take steps forward whereas she started to move backwards.
"No... no it's not like that." She somehow arranged the words for his intimidating questions.
His intimidating voice was gradually increasing along with every sentence, "So how is it?"
Taking her steps back until her back got hit by the mirror and she unwillingly sat on the dressing. So she turned her head in the other direction and hushed the words "Nothing. Please leave."
The gap between them appeared to be very less as he leaned on her sitting frame; his left hand was adorned with a big dial, luxurious wristwatch resting on the mirror just above her head, "This conversation or your room?"
"Huh?! I'm talking about this conversation." she stammered as confusion was lacing her tone.
It was too much for her. She didn't have any idea why he was doing such things on purpose, and later, he would behave like nothing happened & everything would be casual. Doesn't he know how close he is? Doesn't he know what he sounds like right now? Doesn't he know how intimidating he looks? His never-leaving gaze was fixated on her, "So you want me to stay here, in your room. Right?"
She took a deep breath, looked towards him and uttered "Ryannn pl... please."
